We have been looking for a mini for a few weeks and visited countless mini dealers and on the whole we received reasonable levels of customer service. That was until we visited BMW Mini Norwich who clearly understands the ethos of customer service. We had the pleasure of meeting Olivia, who I can only say is such a great ambassador to BMW Mini. Olivia was so helpful in every respect of our enquiries and provided great knowledge of the cars which enabled us to make the ultimate decision to purchase a Mini Cooper D. Anyone visiting BMW Mini in Norwich should ask for Olivia, you will not be disappointed.
