I love this little community store. They have some neat products. The only downfall about it is that I wish they had more variety with some items and that their prices are a bit much. Still a great store to stop by and get some treats, snacks, groceries etc.

This is a really cute place. There is a cafe upstairs that has good vegan and vegetarian options. The produce is priced fairly and the quality was good. They had the biggest bananas I had seen in a while.

Farm-fresh produce! This store has an excellent bulk foods section and very healthy options. There is also healthy grab and go food and organic and vegan wine! The cafe upstairs offers breakfast and lunch options and the service throughout the entire store is wonderful.

The coconut cream they use in their "fresh" juices comes from a can since the Mexican beer virus,or so the cashier told me. I dont eat anything out of a can.

Wonderful service!

Wonderful service!

On the way back to my place, the bag handles broke, so I brought it back. My jar of Organic traditional marinara had broken and splattered all over the rest of the contents! They gave my Organic produce a luxurious Organic hand bath while I waited, and allowed me to pickup a new replacement jar for free. I was halfway expecting them to require me to buy the new jar, but to my surprise this was not the case. I then bought a bottle of Organic Crispin to celebrate the return of good old fashion Organic customer service. *hic* Organic

Words alone cannot begin to scratch the surface of the most auspicious experience I suffered to prolong as I leisurely browsed the high quality socially conscious consumer products so tastefully arranged in such a small space. As I gracefully attempted to not run into the elderly or children, or brush elbows or behinds with the middle aged or post adolescents, I was in a state of timeless awe as I explored such hidden oasis of fine top shelf products. I already knew I went there to get some brown rice and french lentils, but everything there seems so interesting. "I must be patient god dammit", I whispered to myself; "I hope I don't freak out up in here." The dude at the cash register, who i often see and who i hopefully don't creep out, greeted me with a familiar knod as mine eyes adjusted to the friendly, golden ambiance. What fine cooking products might I stumble upon this day?

Food co-ops are the place to go for local, organic, and sustainably sources products & food. Great Basin is a true gem. Love their fresh juice fridge. New deli is amazing too. Go hungry.

Wonderful, small and compact neighborhood Co-op market tucked away downtown near the park & river. The prices are competitive, the produce is actually outstanding and we found some hard to find organic items here. We've yet to try their restaurant on the second level. Do look upwards the next time you visit & locate all the little cute creature atop the pipes. Very friendly service & east parking too.

The co-op is a key ingredient in making downtown Reno a totally walkable place to live, providing carefully selected food with a future. The new location carries a wide enough selection to be our primary source for groceries. This is one of the reasons I choose to live in Reno.

Excellent produce, meat, and dairy selection. It is a little on the expensive side but so worth it. Also there Co Op made food is quite yummy!
The fact that almost all of their offerings are local is reason enough to shop here. They generally care about their community and welfare of the members.
They have recently been accepted into the National Grocers Association which has granted them price breaks and coupons making them a much more affordable option. This is the place to go for organic local produce, you can't beat the flavour you get from home grown goodness.

Love this place. Totally great feeling of community and sustainability. Get ready for tofu and alternative sources of nutrients and the like. The cafe upstairs does some decent food. Customize your own burrito though, the one off the menu leaves you wishing you did. I also love the variety of tasty beverages here.

Great place to source local foods... close to midtown, easy to get to... clean eating provided here and amazing juice fast cleanses provided at a great deal.

I did however find a bottle of vitamins that wereapproximately $75... be careful... cause sometimes wanting to live healthier can cost way more than you need to spend.

The staff here is mostly friendly... occasionally I will feel like I'm bothering someone when I ask a question, but only rarely has that happened.

Upstairs is now a restuarant... I have not tried food there yet, it's on my to do list!

I've been a member of the co-op for years and visit often. The prices are reasonable on most things, the staff are friendly and helpful, and they have a good selection for a small store. Plus I love to grab a bite to eat in the upstairs cafe, everything I've tried in there has been really good.

One of my favorite establishments, I really love coming here for the friendly faces, quality products, and house made dinners, juices, deserts, etc. lots of locally grown produce to chose from as well as products you can t find in most places. I love this place, but my one complaint is that I want to give them all of my money
