I have stay here in quality inn choice hotel in worcester m.a. 01605 for a few weeks and the general manger is out of control. Screams at employees in front of costumer and doesn't care if you stay or leave. Today on th 7/23 i had a very important appointment and had my ride waiting outside kind of running late. I ask your general manager if i could pay when i come back cause i have a appointment, he ask me at what time i was coming back i stated that i didn't know that i will pay no matter what. Mr. Patel decided to make a big deal about and stated that he didn't care,people stay here for months and that he careless if i leave or not. That he won't be responsible for my belongings if i don't pay for my room. I am a paying costumer and this manager wanna check me out every day play around with my deposit and everything like i dont have any money. If my money is not good for his personal policy and work ethics. Is embarrassing that his employees treat me better than him. Ohhh by the way he lives in one of your suits ask i speek when other people are being turn down cause there is no rooms i have seen how he turn costumers away.
