John from Mr Plumber was very professional, and spent the extra time (after hours) to make sure that he provided the best possible service and took care of our problem. This company provides outstanding customer service and at reasonable prices. I highly recommend them!

Good service but team had to change out the thermostat that came with my new system, carrier had some retro style thermostats that they should redesign. Blue light that is horrific at night.
Very pleased with the results for replacing the outside water spigot. The technician was knowledgeable, curteous, and very focused. The job did not take long at all. I will definitely call them back for future jobs.
We have been a customer of Coolray's for years. We maintain a service agreement for our 3 units and we always receive excellent service. We recently had 2 variable speed units installed and they work well.
We had to replace our system both downstairs and upstairs last summer. The technician who initially came out when we had a problem, the associate who helped us choose a system, and the installation teams were all friendly, professional, and helpful. The warranty program and service plans are also excellent. When our thermostat on the new system went out upstairs a few days ago, a technician came out the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (completely covered under our warranty). Great overall experience!
Shawn, my technician for today was AMAZING! He was so professional, nice and very informative. He represented your company very well and was able to identify and fix our AC problem very quickly! I have been a Coolray customer for about five years - MULTIPLE issues in my home. Most recently, I had my HVAC units replaced. I appreciate the time they gave me when explaining my options. I also appreciated that I was on the schedule to repair two days later. Brandon and the crew that did the install were phenomenal. They worked so hard and were so kind. We even had a few laughs. Again, I appreciated the time taken to explain and teach me all about the new systems. Thanks, Guys!!!!
I use both Coolray and Mr. Plumber for all my heating/air and plumbing needs. They are the only companies I've trusted to get the job right the first time, every time...and they usually find a way to save me money as well. It's clear they know what they're doing, but it's equally clear that they value their customers and the benefits of a long-term relationship. **UPDATE** Customer service manager worked diligently to find me and discuss the issues. She was tenacious in tracking me down, even leaving her cell phone on my voicemail when we started playing phone tag. She listened to me and was able to make things "right". Fair, professional and helpful. They also sent a technician over to perform the maintenance that was needed. Professional, fast and talked me through what he was doing, educated me on some potential issues with an older system down the road - not in a pushy "up-sell" way but there educate me.
am disappointed in the overall experience. I had an HVAC issue and booked on-line, selecting an offered window for the next day. I didn't get a call until after the time I selected, and had to wait another 24 hrs until they had a "real" open window.
The woman that called me to book my appointment sold me a contract for services (2x/year) and indicated it would be done at the same time as the needed repairs, and that there was an associated 15% discount for other repairs since I paid for the maintenance plan.
The next day after showing up late the technician was curt, would not perform the actual other maintenance services, and gave me a 10% discount - not the contracted 15% telling me I was wrong (even though I had the contract in hand). I'm confused on how they have such high ratings, hopefully my experience was unusual.
I am now trying to figure out when they will actually perform the maintenance service I paid for upfront. Maybe I need to find a different company for maintenance.
New to area and former owner had Coolray as their service provider. Very easy to transfer warranty to us. Also able to set us up for Heating and AC regular maintenance checkups. Service tech arrived promptly and explained what he found during checkup and what he did to have everything running smoothly.
Great experience. I was able to make an appointment quickly. Additionally, our technician was knowledgeable, thorough, punctual and very polite. Will use again in the future.
