Store well stocked with good prices. Went to check out and clerk announced loudly that my drivers license was about to expire. It does so at the end of March . I felt like that was no one's business. Kinda rude.
I won t mention his name but your website says he owns a dog named Bella. Surlily doesn t come close to describing his behavior. I was in yesterday looking for a gift and didn t know what I was looking for exactly so I asked for his help and I might as well called his mother an ugly name. I was shocked, and I m not shocked easily. This was the second time I ve had the bad luck of asking him a question over the years and both responses the same, rudeness to the extreme. I don t require special treatment, a professional courtesy will do. He talked to me like I was an idiot. The cases of wine my wife and I buy for special occasions, the rye whiskey and cigars I buy for camping and fishing trips will be bought elsewhere. Will not be back. There s just no excuse for rude behavior, especially directed at a paying customer who simply asked a question, and a nicely asked question at that. Wow, what a bizarre experience.
Great service, great prices, veteran owned, educated staff that usually doesn't come off as condescending, and overall my favorite liquor/wine/beer/cigar store around.
Really nice cigar shop in the back lots of good premium cigars excellent prices too. Large variety of spirits and drinks to choose from as well definitely will be back when I'm traveling through that area of town.
We had an opportunity to partner with the team at Cool Springs Wines and Spirits on a non profit event at The Bedford. They over achieved on every level from their free delivery service, their knowledge of wines and spirits we needed to include, plus they are just great professional people to be around. I highly recommend their services.
The managers got another one of our employees fired. They did not only remove the beer from the area of work, they went behind our back and called our staff for drinking during a break. A warning would've been nice but apparently they went the extra mile to get this man fired. Thanks alot.
Fantastic selection of bourbon and single malts, beer room is pretty nice. Huge wine inventory and a plethora of rum, gin, vodka, cognac and other spirits. Visiting from out of town and pleasently surprised. Cheers!
This liquor and wine store is ENORMOUS. We frequently stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel just up the road and this shop is very close. Prices and selection are top notch and it's a veteran owned business, so rock on.
One word- Instant Beer Chiller. Okay, that was three but having the ability to get anything in the store ice cold in 7 min is a great way to serve your customer. All beer is individually priced which is also awesome. Growler fill station, great whisky and wine selections. Prices are fair to good and the location is fairly convenient. Not a lot of downsides!
Everyone was super nice and helpful! Esp Amy I think her name was! Will stop by again for sure if in Nashville again :) My boyfriend and I are from Ohio and I loved this store and the employees!
Fantastic selection of beer and liquor, and the wine section was huge, but I'm not much of a wine guy so I can't fairly compare it. Prices were good as well on both beer and liquor. All beer bottles priced individually, which encourages trying new things!
** it says under this that the owner has sent this to a manger to investigate. Seeing that I emailed the owner about the situation and he seemed irritated by my concerns I highly doubt this issue would be resolved. Will update if the issue is resolved.
Would not recommend this store. First off the employee s were so kind to me in helping me find what I needed (no complaints on the wonderful staff) However they do not honor their return policy. I was told by an employee, their website, and owner that refunds are possible within 2 weeks, with a receipt, and an unopened bottle. I drove 20 mins to the store after making a purchase and then realised I bought the wrong kind of liquor. So I proceeded to call the store back and they told me that I could come and get the refund put back onto my card. I walked into the store only to have the manager look at me and deny that I could get a refund.
I stopped at 4 liquor stores looking for Banana and Mango Malibu with no success. These guys had both in 2 different sizes! Terrific inventory and the service was great.
Great store, very well organized. Love that you can grab a single of any beer, and it's priced very fairly even when split up. Austin was very knowledgeable.
