Incredible selection of beer with a very friendly and helpful staff

Very impressed by their bourbon selection and the friendliness of the staff. They also do some unique things for wine tastings and putting out rare bourbon for the common public to purchase. This is definitely run different than other liquor stores and I was impressed. I also recommend singing up for their email list to get insider tips on when things will be available!

Decent prices and the best selection around. The high grav beer and cigar room (with rotating beers on tap) is my absolute favorite, and what keeps me coming back. Helpful staff. Never felt intimidated or treated rudely.

Consistent false advertisement...website says one thing and when you come in they say oh sorry, we can t honor that price. Good selection, but really sick and tired of coming in for something that they end up saying they can t keep their word on. Very frustrating. Also, the manager on duty just picked up the bottle, said sorry and walked off. Offered no additional customer satisfaction beyond that. I was a regular, but after this perpetual bad service, no more.

**UPDATE** After posting the above review, the (new) owner has reached out and wants to correct the situation. He seemed extremely professional and genuinely willing to do what it takes to earn my business back. I will be back in to give another chance to this business.

The cheapest liquor I've found. Everything you need for mixed drinks, beer, everything here.

This is one of my favorite places to shop for beer. Austin has a wealth of knowledge. I love that I can buy one of something so I get to try more and be adventurous!

They are always cheaper than the liquor stores around me. They are very helpful. I can call and ask them to bring my items upfront if I am in a rush. They have everything I have ever needed. Always stop in if I am in franklin.

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They Carried a brand of whiskey that I couldn't find anywhere else in Nashville. Worth the drive even though I live in Madison, would highly recommend.

My experience with a lady working on the floor was not very pleasant. I had asked a question earlier and she asked someone to check on my request. I got the liquor that I asked about and I was going to ask another question and before I could get anything out she told me very quickly that they were doing the best they although there were several people standing around. We usually are here at least once a month and spend 300.00 to 400.00 dollars each time. I certainly was very disappointed in the service I received today.

One of the better wine and spirits stores in the area. Prices are not too bad, and the service is good. I can usually find what I am looking for here. They have people that can help advise you on what you need as well. Checking out can be slow when they're busy, but otherwise a solid shopping experience.

Good selection of wines, with a decent discount program (even with Tennessee's limitations on this). Pretty knowledgable staff, I tend to buy plenty of my wine from here.

Wide selection of wine and spirits and lower than most in the Franklin and cool springs area.

Short on staff as usual. Expect to wait 20 minutes once in line at the counter. Poor customer service.

Best prices on craft beers in the city and Pam is the best! She s so friendly and knowledgeable about everything! Her classes are perfect for someone who doesn t know a lot about spirits and people who like to try different drinks.

It was okay. One of the workers seemed like he didn't want to be bothered with our wine questions. He told us, "well wine is wine" when we asked if it was bitter. Not so great customer service. Everyone else was very pleasant.

Called to inquire about craft beer selection. And was quite surprised to fund our hey had very limited selection of cold items. I was told the rest were warm on the shelf. Stopped by but didn t make a purchase.

The assosiates here know a lot about different beers, and they helped me find kind that I like. Also, this place has a huge selection.

Nice place with a good selection. Known many of the staff over the years who were always friendly and helpful. Of course we were regulars which helps.
Still miss the days of seeing the Antique collection all in stock bottle's deep. Pappy 13 yr old Rye(paper sack label), 15 yr and 20 yr too. Birthday bourbon... ah the 'good ole days'.
Can't even find Laphroaig cask strength in Chattanooga or other favorites. Nice to go back just for those and the Nashville Hot Chicken!!!

Ask for assistance the person working started leading us to another part of the store and before we reached the area he was leading us too he stopped to assist someone else and just left us standing there. Made us a one and done cst

Great service! Very knowledgable staff! The smoke shop is as well stocked as the rest of the place!

It's always a treat to stop in here... Austin is the best beer guru I've ever met. His suggestion of a peanut butter stout was SPOT ON... whenever I'm in the area, I stop for my beverages.

Need to be a shopper like anywhere else. Was going to buy a bottle of Burbon and it was $20 more than another place. Generally prices are competitive and they do have a lot of help walking around. If your looking for barging go elsewhere

Customer service is a plus the associates are knowlegeable and friendly. It is customer service at its best in a retail store that is least expected.

Cool Springs Wine and Liquor may be an ok place for beverages but their tobacco shop in the back treats customers like common criminals; hovering over them and rushing them to a selection. They have barcodes and a closed circuit camera yet their salespeople feel compelled to add this extra level of harassment.

I give Cool Springs Liquor and Wine credit for one thing, they are equal opportunity harassers as women receive the same intimidating treatment as men.

best liquor store i've found in Franklin, best prices, selection, etc.

We were in Cool Springs Wines today made two purchases, my spouse asked the clerk if we could have a couple of boxes that liquor came in, she replied that they didn't give their boxes away this was so cheap after all we were making purchases, we usually spend several hundred dollars a visit. I hope that Jackie or Woodie, or Penny see this review. My husband set this store up for these people. I just might not be back.

I love that in the back they sell individual beers. This is great so you can try different ones. They have a huge selection of single beers, and a huge selection of liquor.

Best prices and best selection I've found between Maury, Williamson, or Davidson county. By far, the best Scotch, and Whiskey inventory in the area.
