One word- Instant Beer Chiller.
Okay, that was three but having the ability to get anything in the store ice cold in 7 min is a great way to serve your customer. All beer is individually priced which is also awesome. Growler fill station, great whisky and wine selections. Prices are fair to good and the location is fairly convenient. Not a lot of downsides!
