Great selection of liquor, beer, and wine. I especially like their rarer foreign whiskey selection.

This place has everything you could ever want. I find the prices are some of the cheapest in town. Great service and everyone is able to help pick different drinks to try based on what you like.

Great clean store with a friendly staff and wide selection. The staff is not then happy to help you find something if you're not sure what you're looking for. The prices are on par with other stores in the area.

This is my new go to place. Not sure why I never tried them before now. Great selection from spirits to cigars. They even have a covered patio for those who would like to light up a cigar and have a cold one. And their prices are lower than the competiton. But just in case, they price match. Customer service is top shelf.

Beer is only sold in individual bottles. However they do have a good craft beer selection.

Great selection of liquor including some harder to find items. Several store picks of bourbon and whiskeys. Pricing is fair and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They also have an email club to stay up to date on store events and tastings.

My fiance and I are using Cool Springs Wines & Spirits to supply our bar (via Bar Magnolia) for our wedding. We thought we knew what we wanted to serve but decided to take some time for a tasting to make sure... Pam at Cool Springs Wines & Spirits was the BEST! She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and provided many outside-the-box suggestions that we were thrilled to taste and ultimately selected. It was clear she loved her job and it made us love being there! We don't have enough kind words and look forward to our guests tasting our delicious drinks in September!

Fanstastic selection of beer and liquor. The wife says wine too, but I am no expert on that. Austin helped me and was very knowledgeable about beer, styles and recommended one of the best beers I ve ever tried. Check out was quick and the store was clean. Awesome job and thank you!!!

First time shopping in the wine section, love how it's divided by street signee. Makes it easier to shop by choice of wines. Customer service was great, will return.

This is the only place to buy your beer, wine, & spirits! They have an extensive selection, the staff is extremely knowledgeable, & there are tastings daily. Ask for Pam, she is fantastic at helping you discover new favorites! Oh and bonus...... they deliver!

I was really impressed by the massive selection of wines. They're well-organized and extremely helpful. The staff went above and beyond to help find and select a beverage. Highly recommend visiting for excellent wine and alcohol experience.

Great selection. Layout needs some work. French wines were unmarked in the middle of the floor and the Bordeaux collection was in the oak room with high priced selections. There were many staff members on the floor - mostly males, older. None of which were very eager to assist a forty something male. Would like to see more use of ratings cards from reviewers. The exterior of the building and signage are very misleading- doesn't do justice to represent the store on the interior.

This is our go to store for wine. They have a great selection and very good prices. Case discounts are given. They also have a great selection of spirits and we particularly appreciate the prices on gin and bourbon. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. This is well worth the 90 mile drive.

This is not the closest wine and spirit store to my house, but if I want any assistance or advice with a wine purchase I always come here. One staff member, Ann D, is particularly knowledgeable and I have even called ahead before I visit to make sure she is working. Ann knows a lot about wine, and has given us excellent advice in the past. As a salesperson myself, I notice she is also very skilled at the low pressure upsell, and is a real asset to the business as well as helpful to customers.

Quality and variety. We found more than we were looking for.

Best beer selection I've found in Franklin! They bring making your own 6 pack to a new level with the hundreds of beers they sell on an individual basis. I can usually find what I want already chilled too!

Justin helped me when I first arrived. He put me on a couple of good bottles of whiskey and was very friendly. Also he was able to recommend a good local hot sauce "Lechosas" and put me in contact with the owner, who is quite friendly and makes a delicious product. Justin also let me know about a local Tennessee whiskey that they were getting later in the week so when I returned (road trip) the following Saturday I was able to get a barrel select bottle of Nashville Barrel rye whiskey before heading home! Thanks for the great service, Justin and Cool Springs Wines and Spirit!

We were visiting from Ohio and we were HIGHLY impressed with the inventory, The store was huge. The service was friendly and professional. The prices were surprising much lower. In Ohio, we pay $31 for a large bottle of Sailor Jerry. Here, we paid $22! This will be our store of choice for our next visit. Thanks!

Its extremely frustrating to try to talk to someone live at this store!!! More times than not when I call either no-one picks up the phone or the VRU (voice mail system) DOES NOT WORK!!!!. You HAVE to go through the VRU to get a choice to speak to ANYONE and tonight for some reason the option to "speak to a sales associate'" (option 3 on the menu) does not connect you to ANYONE. It just keeps talking and talking as you press 3 over and over and over again. None of the other options (II tried them all during 5 subsequent attempts to reach a live body to try to spend $150!!!). Management REALLY needs to provide more monitoring of this lousy system as it is costing them money. This is NOT the first time I Have experienced this problem, and all you can pretty much do is give up. Very crappy business model and terrible customer service. I am actively going to seek an alternative vendor for my roughly $300 a month I have spending with Cool Springs Wine and Spirits for the past year. I am sick and tired of encountering the lame and dysfunctional VRU/voice mail system. And obviously the management doesn't care if they lose business and customers. Take your business elsewhere; somewhere who values your experience as a customer.

This place is awesome. It's one of the hidden gems of Cool Springs. They let you purchase singles of cold beer and sit outside and drink them on the patio. It's a quieter, way more chill alternative to a bar, with a more interesting menu, too. Their growlers are a great deal and they always have a big selection of good beers on tap. You've got the option to add cigars, too.

I also like their selection of other things. I noticed they have more different sherries than any place else I've ever been, a lot of different good armanacs and scotches, and Fernet Menta as well. They'll also e-mail you about deals they offer and classes they're having. When you combine that with the selection, the prices, and the value of being able to drink right outside, it's hard to beat. What else do you want? Check these guys out.

Made a call looking for my my favorite liquor. Unfortunately, they do not sell it. Found out they do delivery! Wow, wish they were closer. next time I will stop in.

The gentleman at the cigar counter in the back was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in the humidor. By the way, they have an extensive humidor with a great selection. As you're walking back I was distracted by a small case with more "consumer" cigars and assumed that was their selection until I glanced around the corner and saw the real deal. Also, they have a very good selection of pipe tobacco.

A great selection of Scotch, Single malts and wine. This place is cheaper than Carothers wines and spirit! I bought a single malt from this place with a $15 difference from what i was about to get at Carothers wine place. And that was a total of $50. (at Cool Springs). Ofcourse they have a bulk purchasing power so you would definitely get better rates than any other place around franklin area. I would recommend everyone to just check the price by calling them before you buy it from anywhere else.
