Fine store and great selection. Have one complaint on the door states VETERAN OWNED...Excellent!!! However, no Veteran Discount when asked??????

Good selection but getting a growler filled up was a bad experience. The guy only filled it 3/4 of the way and the process didn t seem very sanitary.

Happened in here to buy a gift card for client in that area and wound up taking home a case of wine. The staff here is super knowledgeable very patient and make it a great experience. This place would be a welcome home for a somolier or a novice with great prices.

Stop here on a Sunday right at closing time.
Great selection really nice gin selection a lot of odd ducks that are worth a second look price wise a little bit higher than normal retail.
The best was at checkout instead of being upset because I was in there right before they closed.

Very good selection, professional staff with knowledge. Great events and tastings. Visiting Franklin from France, we got a very nice presentation of American wines and bourbons as I was shopping to bring back local gold to Paris. We got invited to a tasting while watching the sun eclipse. Very good memories. I would go again without hesitation.

Pricey at $1.99 for a Fireball mini but what a great selection of everything you could possibly need to stock your bar. Bonus points for the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Just wish the prices were more competitive so I could give it five stars!

They have awesome deals all the time. On average they can be anywhere from 10-25% cheaper than a lot of other places. They also have great customer service and a massive selection of wine, liquor, beer, and mixers.

We have shopped here for years - they provide expert help and great service. They recently provided beverages for our son's wedding. Great suggestions and tremendous help!

Be careful to check your receipts! I was charged for the wrong bottle, one that was about 30 dollars more than what I got. So far I haven't gotten this resolved with them, only broken promises and excuses. Don't let them rip you off like they did me, check everything you were charged for before payment. --- Update; the guy who I kept talking to was not a manager but claimed to be ( James you P.O.S.)! Got a hold of the real manager (Jeff W.) who resolved the matter in a few minutes.... I still recommend you pay attention to what they are actually charging you for. Don't suffer the same headache and anxiety I have. I could only deal with them over the phone; it happened on a vacation trip, and I live 6+ hours away from them....

Upon entering the store I was greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. The staff was very helpful and attentive during my shopping however, the rudeness of the cashier completely ruined a great experience to the point that I will no longer be shopping at this store. I could tell he was not having a great day by the way he interacted with the customer in front of me. When it was my turn, I stepped up and placed my purchases on the belt and said hello. His response was to simply state the amount owed him. He then requested my ID and when I produced it, he grabbed it from my hand and commented that my finger was covering the birth date. When I gave him my debit card he asked if it was debit or credit to which I replied it did not matter and he could ring it either way. He then tossed the key pad at me without saying anything. I was now getting frustrated with his attitude so I said to him " I guess you want me to put in my pin number". His response was "that would be nice". He then handed me my receipt and that was the end of our transaction. No "thank you" or "have a nice day". Nothing. Now, I don't expect a cashier to jump through hoops and be eternally grateful that I shopped at their store. In fact, I prefer it short and sweet but a little courtesy would be nice. Too bad one bad apple spoils the whole bunch.

The selection is unreal and the prices are some of the best in the greater Nashville area.
