Terrible customer service is the nicest thing I can say about this company. After 5 emails to the property manager I called the office to complain. I was left on hold for 6 minutes and then transferred to Carol. She started the conversation with a major attitude. When I pointed this out to her, it quickly escalated into a very negative conversation where she told me she was going to hang up on me. When I asked to speak with her boss she told me - good luck, he is my husband so if you want anything else you can write a letter.
Yeah Carol - way to avoid getting problems solved for the property owners who pay your salary! You are definitely in the wrong job and need to learn how to conduct yourself in a professional manner without a bad attitude. You get an A+ in deflecting problems and arguing!
