I wish I could give these guys negative stars but google wont let me. I worked for a company that used convergence for the last 2 years, please don't use them. They are not a professional company at all. I worked with my employer for 13 years. they came in to handle our payroll and wc insurance. When office closed due to covid these guys made it so hard to get unemployment. Even now fighting DEO to get what is mine and the taxes I worked for and paid they wont do anything to assist. I guess it hurts them to pay the unemployment taxes. Today I spoke to a labor attorney and he advised I should sue them, and the process will start today. Please don't use this company, save yourself the headache call ADP even paychexs but don't use these guys.
