First let me say I have been working for Convergence for many years and have no complaints. The owner, office manager, and staff are all great.
Second let me address ANONYMOUS LY : I KNOW WHO YOU ARE; THE COWORKER WHO WAS FIRED FOR TAKING VIDEOS OF OTHER STAFF IN PRIVATE AREAS OR SITUATIONS. YOU LIL PERV YOU. But let me go into all the person has complaints about. HMMMM: Female manager having affair with married owner - I have never seen ANYTHING which indicates that. BUT if memory serves....AHA OH YES YOUR DAUGHTER IS WITH A MARRIED MAN FROM HER JOB!!! So before you go accusing look in the mirror.
Also no one's job is threatened here. WE are reminded that if we do not do our jobs someone else can. There is a reason for all that is said. Convergence gives employees training, support, and time to learn. NO ONES mistakes are covered up. There are no favorites here. There are family members of management but i feel management is harder on those than anyone else. They are never asked to do anything above and beyond they are VOLUNTOLD! At the end of the day CONVERGENCE and its staff are a TEAM dedicated to providing our clients with the best service we can. People like this person make this difficult as things are always being instigated and trouble is around every corner. WHY record your co workers i have no clue but that is a NO NO in ANY work setting. UNLESS YOU HAVE THE PERSONS PERMISSION DO NOT RECORD ANYONE. Stop bashing Convergence and move on with your life.
