Just another piece of Califormia government who does not support the 2nd amendment. Self-defense is not a valid reason to protect your life by their view. I'm sure their officers have firearms not for self defense, but because you need one to write a speeding ticket, or arrest someone. Learn from Texas.

I am sooooo thankful to have thought to go to the Sheriff's Office to ask about bullying and whether or not it's reportable. So thankful!

While I can't remember the name of the Sheriff who helped me, I know she was really helpful and adamant that bullying IS reportable and SHOULD be reported. The sheriff even gave me an article number that confirmed her 'Bullying is reportable and should be reported' statement.

When I shared with the sheriff what happened to me, she said the report needed to be made in the city the bullying incident happened. I explained what the Lafayette Police Department had told me, that it's NOT reportable and that they wouldn't write a report for it and that what I had was a civil case.

The sheriff told me, that what the Lafayette Police told me was incorrect, but that they/she couldn't override what the local city police said.

Its too bad, the lafayette police are so heartless. Cause I know bullying is reportable. It's just too bad, that the Lafayette Police doesn't care about hate, or bullying in their city.

I have tried to get a sheriff's deputy to come out to Bay Point to get my neighbor behind my house to turn off their generator that they turn on at 10 PM every night this week. I have called every night. I can bet not once did they go and ask them to turn it off. I can see if its on all day, but its not. This isn't the first time we get nothing from the sheriffs office.

My kids 17 and wants to be a deputy, how do I get him started?

On September 22, 2017 at Kevin Drive & Willow Pass Road, Bay Point, CA right-arm seriously bitten by K-9 dog of Deputy Pliler, dog extended out on a leash not paying attention. Darice screaming as dog wiggled right and left! Deputy stating twice "Oh F---, oh F---! Six deputies threatening Darice to travel in ambulance due to potential death or 5150 me!! I'm still suffering as pain still exists! Scarred for LIFE!!! NO THANKS!

To whom it may concern. I am a landlord of one mother inlaw unit behind my house IN RICHMOND I am renting to my neice and her boyfriend.TERESA KNIGHT AND MITCH CORREIA. Because of them not paying there utility bills or there rent on time I am loosing my home. I have been in this house for 35 years. Because I am loosing my home and we all have to move they have turned into my worst nightmare. They have broken into my home at least 20 times they have keyed my car at least 20 times my neice has a restraining order against me. She lied to the judge to get it. She has forged a rental agreement and handed it in to the court. I am in fear for my life. Everyday they do something to me or my property. Yet I couldnt get a restraining order against them. The judge believed two liars and did not believe me. Two against one. I live alone. I have nothing of value LEFT in my house they have taken computer with all my photos of my grandkids. The printer. The fax machine. All of my power tools. Gold jewelry that has been passed down through 6 generations of mothers. And countless other peices of jewelry and travel art. If I call the richmond pd they tell me it is a civil matter evict them. I have gone through all the steps up to the point that it cost money. I am broke I collect unimployment And rent money to survive. They have not paid rent in four monthes.How can I get somekind of pertection. I have my house in escrow. The buyer is getting IS GETTING IT for 100,000 dollars below market value because of all the damage they have caused. I dont understand why I have no rights. I dont have any money to fight them in court. I am frightened to come home and I am frightened to leave. I went to my moms house this morning and when I came back all the windows in front of my house have been broken. I NEED HELP. PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO WITH NO MONEY. I called a few weeks ago about an intruder entering our house while we were home in Walnut Creek. It took a Sheriff coming from Alamo 12-15 minutes to get to our house and of course the intruder was gone by then. He also stole mail from neighbors mailboxes. When the Sheriff did call he chatted with me for a long time about how understaffed they are and they are all working overtime. He said even if they caught the intruder he would not be arrested just talked to. Great to know I'm being protected, NOT! They said they would continue looking and would call me in the morning. That did not happen.

The sheriff is very nice and they always respond when I need them. and they always answer any questions I have. No problem at all
