To whom it may concern. I am a landlord of one mother inlaw unit behind my house IN RICHMOND I am renting to my neice and her boyfriend.TERESA KNIGHT AND MITCH CORREIA. Because of them not paying there utility bills or there rent on time I am loosing my home. I have been in this house for 35 years. Because I am loosing my home and we all have to move they have turned into my worst nightmare. They have broken into my home at least 20 times they have keyed my car at least 20 times my neice has a restraining order against me. She lied to the judge to get it. She has forged a rental agreement and handed it in to the court. I am in fear for my life. Everyday they do something to me or my property. Yet I couldnt get a restraining order against them. The judge believed two liars and did not believe me. Two against one. I live alone. I have nothing of value LEFT in my house they have taken computer with all my photos of my grandkids. The printer. The fax machine. All of my power tools. Gold jewelry that has been passed down through 6 generations of mothers. And countless other peices of jewelry and travel art. If I call the richmond pd they tell me it is a civil matter evict them. I have gone through all the steps up to the point that it cost money. I am broke I collect unimployment And rent money to survive. They have not paid rent in four monthes.How can I get somekind of pertection. I have my house in escrow. The buyer is getting IS GETTING IT for 100,000 dollars below market value because of all the damage they have caused. I dont understand why I have no rights. I dont have any money to fight them in court. I am frightened to come home and I am frightened to leave. I went to my moms house this morning and when I came back all the windows in front of my house have been broken. I NEED HELP. PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO WITH NO MONEY.
