Conrad Tokyo Review

This place was awesome! The drinks were delicious, the meal was scrumptious, and the dessert was to die for. The interior design of this place was so unique too. It's an experience.

We had a lovely stay at the Conrad - and also the perfect wedding proposal! The staff at Conrad went the extra mile to make us feel so welcomed and helped make the proposal perfect. Shout out to Peter & the staff for all their hard work in making me super surprised really such an excellent hotel, I couldn t ask for more.

All Staff are courteous, professional and friendly. They truly make you feel welcomed. Special shoutout to Sarah who has made it her job in making our son's stay more enjoyable and relaxing. She is an all around fantastic human being.

Can't wait for our family to return to Tokyo in the future to stay at the Conrad!

Update: Went out for about 20 minutes and returned to our room to find a surprise from Sarah. Needless to say it made our son's evening!!! At this point in my life, I care more about the people who take care of my son than me. Sarah needs to be promoted immediately!!!

It is these small details, not so small in my eyes, that will ensure we stay at the Conrad everytime on our travels to Tokyo.

Final update: Want to say thank you to the Director of Rooms Paweena Waraha. She has made our room feel relaxing and comfortable.

Thank you Conrad for your excellent service and for making our trip enjoyable, relaxing and memorable. We will miss the staff at the Conrad but look forward to our eventual return.

Sakura Afternoon Tea
- A wide variety of herbal and fruit teas, coffee and juice - all you can drink - for 2h
- different pastries with strawberry flavours (super sweet! lot of sugar!)
- breathtaking view

Also, among one of the nicest hotels I have stayed. Surprisingly, the room service is not that expensive. The pool is nice. Being in downtown Tokyo, it is not a very sprawled out property, but one of the best of Hilton in Tokyo. Really quiet too. I had trouble finding the entrance, actually.

A nice location to Ginza by foot around 10 minutes. The building is a little older and didn't give me the sense of being in a Conrad facility.

Amazing as always. Hotel staffs are always friendly and making stay as comfortable as possible. My favorite hotel in Japan and I can recommend it to anyone :)

Amazing Hotel with superb service! The hotel is mastering corona perfectly, offering the service you would expect in normal circumstances. Absolutely an amazing location. It s our favorite Conrad Hotel and certainly one of our best hotel experiences ever. We stayed there a total of 27 nights - time flew by in this exceptional hotel!

This was a very good hotel, with services far better than I expected. The staff are super nice and the rooms are extremely neat, the hotel also has a easy transport system, with fast and efficient elevators that take you anywhere you need to go, there is also a pool as well as a bottom floor where you can easily order a taxi. It s near a supermarket as well!
