Malloy Ford Charlottesville Review

As a mom of two young children, it s always top priority for my car to be safe on the road when carrying my precious cargo. Ford Malloy always services my car with that in mind. They let me know when there is an issue and how to spend the least amount of money, while also thinking about future repairs. When you have an older vehicle, staying on top of maintenance and service is important. I once again left the dealership knowing that my car was in top condition and it was yet again safe to drive. I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Challenger from Malloy Ford, Kenny Benton was my sales associate. He was very professional and informative during my purchase experience. I was at ease knowing that I was buying a car from someone who knew how to take excellent care of his customers. I had to be at work and was unable to take the car with me so he delivered it personally to my place of employment later on that afternoon. I had a bit of a deadline to get my car inspected and Jennifer made sure to schedule me quickly and the service recommendation was to get new tires. This was my first service visit to Malloy Ford and was the greatest experience I ve had at a Ford dealer. Brandon was very understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service provided by Sara Beth and Jennifer Shipp (Service) on Tuesday., 4/6/21. My first experience using a dealership service dept. without my husband, and I was nervous, but these ladies went above to make sure it was an easy and pleasant experience for me. The lounge area was clean and comfortable to allow me to work while I waited for vehicle. My vehicle was washed/detailed after service was completed, which I received excellent service in that area too. I plan to use the Malloy Service dept. in the future at this time.

I usually have a very pleasant experience when I go to Ford Malloy. Everyone is professional, there are no long lines waiting for service. I actually enjoy sitting in your comfortable lounge for a couple of hours. I have been a customer for many years and I appreciate knowing that I'm always going to get a fair deal.

Awesome experience. Myself and my wife needed vehicle upgrades and better gas mileage. We had certain criteria that had to be met on needs (payment, vehicle equipment, and additional features and items along the way). Brandan, Shannon, and George and the rest of the team worked tirelessly and vigorously to get us what we wanted and where we needed to be. The process was painless and efficient. They were so busy also and still made sure every customer was taken care of. We give them an A+ or a 15 out of 10. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Highly suggest them for your next purchase. FYI, the new ranger is a great truck and beats the Tacoma and Colorado hands down. The fuel mileage is great and the truck is a tank and so sharp looking. Go see these guys if you are in the market for a new Ford or even a used car, they were the best.
