Pavo Salon & Spa Review

I m conflicted in my review because my husband and i went the same day and had totally different outcomes. My hair stylist, Brena, was wonderful. She did a great job cutting and washing my hair and was super nice and skilled. I was super happy with her!

However, my husband saw Beth B - who didn t cut his sideburns, left the fade on either side of his head super choppy and visibly patchy, and left long patches of hair all over. I brought my husband here hoping to avoid cutting his hair myself but he left the salon saying he wished I d just done it because he felt the hair stylist did an incredibly poor job. I had to correct all the issues for her when we got home. Very disappointing.

Anna always provides the absolute best service & goes above and beyond to make sure I'm getting exactly what I want when it comes to my hair. She's quick, a blast to talk to, and really knows what she's doing. On top of that, the facility is gorgeous and feels like a spa. I absolutely love my time with Anna at Pavo! 100/10

I had a great time today with Jessica! She was personable and friendly and she did an amazing job. She gave me the exact haircut I wanted! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Maria is great! She gives wonderful facials. She really takes time and recommends products that works best for your skin. When your skin needs change, Maria will recommend new products. I m always eagerly waiting to see her.

The Pavo environment is top notch, spacious, immaculate & follows all covid safety protocols.
My stylist, Jasmine is skilled, punctual & energetic.
The entire staff is helpful & pleasant. Great ecperience!

I've been a client of 'Pavo Salon East-The Well' for over 10 years. The atmosphere at Pavo is professional unlike some salons where you wait even though you have an appointment. That's not the case at Pavo, they're timely and efficient. Also, it's a pleasant environment and the unnecessary drama is at a bare minimum. I generally get my hair color applied every 3-4 weeks and it always looks great! No exception there. The salon has top notch stylists. My favorites are Beth, Bre, Kenzie, Meg or Anna. You can't go wrong with any of the stylists. Here's a few of my fav pics of my hair taken at the salon.

I love Pavo! I have yet to have a bad experience. I was a little traumatized from my last hairstylist at a different salon, who did the exact opposite of what I asked her to do, but trust has been restored in my new hairstylist, Bree! I ve been to her 3 times now and she is consistently amazing each time. She found the perfect shade of blonde for me and gives me great recommendations for what we need to do each visit. She s honest too! All of the hairstylists there seem to provide the same exceptional service as Bree does. It s a clean salon with simple, yet chic decor. Apparently Pavo has won the best hair salon in Memphis for five years straight now, and I m not surprised at all! Highly recommend.

Pavo East Memphis is a beautifully designed space marrying modern and comfort perfectly. I was in town from New Orleans, and needed a cut and color. Angel provided the best cut and color experience I have ever had. I have worked in the industry for years, and he really exceeded any of my service expectations. I adored my time in his chair, and I would highly recommend him and his talents. Thank you so much, Angel.

As always I am super pleased with The hair cut Angel gave me. I always look forward to seeing him and everywhere I go I always get compliments on my hair. So much so, I have my elevator speech ready for anyone who asks where I get my hair done! Angel at Pavo! He s the best! Go see him! I love him! He always does a great job!

I received a professional haircut and style and was very pleased. The stylist was a very classy woman and it was a lovely experience.
