Customer from 2014, satisfied, favorable price / quality ratio. Delivery time can be a lot faster. January 2020 ordered a led loupe lamp, wrong delivered. Called the customer administration, asked for the correct ordered item, returned the wrong item. Is a week on the way to the warehouse in southern Germany, then only a few days later the correct item (!?) Is received. Amount now credited, I did not ask for, finally wanted the right lamp. 2nd delivery, again received the wrong lamp !! Again called the customer administration, sent back again !! Also asked if they want to investigate the location of the article in the warehouse in Germany, possibly wrong article / barcode stuck on the packaging. Wait another week before the lamp is reported back in Germany, eventually a few days later but again where the item I ordered remains, order was terminated!?!? Nothing more on the way. Four employees talked in the meantime, the last one (a young man) was really an extremely arrogant ball, which constantly interrupted me !! Hope they have recorded that conversation, I believe that this is a super jerk. Because of this, the "love" between Conrad and myself is definitely over. Hope for all other customers of Conrad, that they do not have to return the e.e.a. because then you are very "long" on the road for the right item.

Ik heb een Bosch robotmaaier en een garage gekocht. Op de website van Conrad stond vermeld dat deze producten beschikbaar waren en binnen 2 weken zouden worden ontvangen. Snel kreeg ik te horen dat er leveringsproblemen waren waardoor de producten iets later zouden aankomen. Daarna heb ik 4 emails ontvangen waarin steeds vermeld stond dat er leveringsproblemen waren en dat de ontvangst (weer) een week later zou plaatsvinden.
Tijdens die uitstelperiode heb ik met Conrad contact opgenomen en het probleem voorgelegd. Bovendien: hoe kan er een leveringsprobleem zijn als het product beschikbaar is. Mij werd medegedeeld dat ik pech heb gehad: het centrale magazijn levert aan veel afdelingen. Blijkbaar was er net iemand mij voor geweest. Hiermee geeft men in feite aan dat er minimaal een slecht voorraadbeheer is. Maar ik zou binnen een week mijn producten ontvangen. Twee dagen later kreeg ik de volgende uitstelemail. Er is dus meer aan de hand bij Conrad dan alleen een slecht voorraadbeheer.
Uiteindelijk werd de levering van de robotmaaier gecancelled: niet meer leverbaar. De garage werd wel geleverd en bevalt goed. De robotmaaier heb ik bij Bosch zelf besteld, tegen een duidelijk lagere prijs. Levering vond plaats binnen twee weken na de laatste email van Conrad.

Orders usually go well. Based on what is on the webshop, I may or may not place an order. When "available" is stated there, I also expect availability and place the order. The last few times appears to mean "available", NOT available and therefore cannot be delivered while a competitor could have delivered. That is very disappointing. That is why I advise Conrad the option for customers to cancel the purchase, and to pay back at the same speed as payment is possible. Now I have been waiting 2 weeks for delivery and cannot buy elsewhere because my money is already with Conrad, or if I buy from a competitor, a double item. If it stays that way, I will end my patronage with Conrad.

I miss the old catalog. It is easier to find what you are looking for and to Conrad's advantage: while browsing you come across things that you did not intend to order but then order anyway (impulse purchase). I have been a customer of Conrad for a long time, but I am really fed up with the website! It is a drama to select and find parts, filters are often missing to make a good selection, and each click takes a long time. (and yes also on other computers and internet connections. It just takes so much time, I just can't justify those hours. Nowadays there are plenty of alternatives that do have a good and especially fast webshop. Please look at this. Also costs always sending at least 2 but sometimes 4 days while it is in stock.
