I bought saws for the Bosch nano chainsaw. At Conrad, the saws were the most competitively priced and delivered quickly. The bad rating is certainly not due to Conrad, the Bosch saws are expensive and of appalling quality. The thing is small and practical were it not that the saws last extremely short, this is the worst tool I have ever bought!

Package has been delayed, but no explanation is given why or how long it will take. "Something went wrong." More information is not available. Inquiry after 2 weeks does not (for the time being) provide an answer. I do get the question if I can rate Conrad. That is possible: with this one.

I am very satisfied with the delivery from Conrad. I have received a good product.

I ordered a pick-up needle fie meg gemsk in an envelope, but I received it in a package in A4 format and 5 cm thick. The small box slid through the box like a projectile. It seems to me that you can do that differently, it also saves shipping costs and staying home because this did not fit through the letterbox. I chose a pick-up point myself at the last minute because I had to leave, but even then, it seems to me to be an area for improvement.

My experience with Conrad is good. Delivery is delivered quickly and on time.

What an annoying company this is! Wanted to order a drone for my son in the last week of the school vacation. Before you order, Conrad promises that the delivery time is 1 day. Once you have ordered, you will receive an e-mail stating that it will be 2 to 3 business days. In our case it will be 5 days because the weekend is in between. Thank you Conrad! Mocht er iets niet in orde zijn dan wordt je prima geholpen bij de klanten service. Soms vraag ik me af waarom je een doos krijgt wanneer het ook in een enveloppe door de brievenbus zou passen.

Good experience with Conrad. An air conditioner ordered earlier, did not live up to expectations after trying it out for a while. Unfortunately I waited too long to return. Still possible after phone call, super nice! It is less nice that post nl does not ring the doorbell, so I always have to pick up the package. When ordering for the first time, not so nice when it comes to air conditioning of 25 kg .. Pfoe .. But Conrad can not help it of course, but filed a complaint with Post NL.

We had to call in a technician to have our radiator couplings replaced, because the information about a product on the site was incorrect. All in all, just kidding.

Order was delivered to the wrong address. Conrad was aware of this but did not do anything.

Service is nothing short of bad. Complaint handling takes far too long.

I have used the mobile car jack and it works great. Working with this jack is easy. A must for me and a jack for relatively so little money is great.

Am reasonably satisfied with Conrad. Reasonable prices and delivery times. However, I find the procedure for returning senselessly complicated. Just do a return with the delivered. Don't make my home a conrad office.

Conrad has a wide choice, but not everything is easy to find on the site: sometimes a bit confusing.
The order status could also be a bit clearer: if you go and have a look, you will only see items that have already been delivered, but no items that are sometimes delivered later because they are not in stock.
Because of this I once made the mistake of ordering something again that I thought I just hadn't ordered, but was eventually delivered twice and extra shipping costs because of this, very unfortunate.
