I am leaving on vacation this week but I quickly needed a few power strips. On their website I couldn't get through the last page, in my opinion made so that you have to call at a rate of 0.30 Euro per minute. I then emailed and contacted them via Facebook, no response whatsoever. I then sent an email back the day itself that I canceled. Well, this company is very selective in reading emails from customers, that cancellation mail was simply ignored, shipping costs were added while I had asked a payment link for payment with bancontact, so I will be dropped off again for 4.09 euros (their email "You chose the payment method on account", which is a gross lie), so all done in a way that they could shove this order down my throat. By the way, even though everything was in stock, everything cannot be delivered at once. Ok, so the stock on their website is not correct either, so you would go for less with the competition, right? On the invoice they have therefore noted the following: "NOT PRESENT: AFL.BUREN !!", again unilaterally adjusted by them while I had formulated this in a specific way, but it does not matter, I just keep the get middle finger. I'm emailing back today, they just keep ignoring me, so instead of just listening to the customer, they find it more important to capitalize once instead of keeping a customer who will remain a customer.
