I am not going to order here again, I can order from such a large company today. However, this is not the case with poor service hence no more than two single stars.

Order quickly and almost completely delivered well except for some small tubular cable shoes that should have been 4 and 6 mm2 and were clearly less. Studio microphone fully meets expectations and the compressed air hose from 15 looks good and fully satisfies.

In the beginning it was sometimes difficult with the delivery times and a return shipment. But nowadays you sometimes have it the next day. You will also be kept informed by mail in an amusing way where your order is. Keep it up!

If you want to send something back, that is a very complicated procedure. It takes a long time before your money is returned. Upon inquiry, I received the answer that it was put down as well because it involved a large amount.
Never experienced anything like this before. Still waiting for money.

Always happy with my purchases at Conrad. Only this time I noticed that a computer fan had already been used once .. box had been open and damage to the assembly had been removed with black felt-tip pen. So a returned product. Well I'm not worried about that, because the device worked well, but suppose that the previous owner just put his old fan back in the new box ... yes, I can't check that of course! Let's just assume honesty.

Altijd betrouwbaar en snel geleverd. Ik koop al 10 jaar bij ze. Ooit zelfs in de winkel in Rotterdam geweest.
Website is tegenwoordig wel even zoeken voor elektronica componenten, maar meestal kom ik er wel uit. Handig is dat bijna altijd er een doorverwijzing met het datasheet bij staat.

You can order a lot of useful things here at great prices. Sometimes difficult to find the right thing on the site. Delivery is also fine.

But it is outrageous that the amount of almost every iDeal payment upwards differs from that on the invoice!
The deviation ranges from 0.01 to 0.10. Not that much you would say, but as a business user this takes a lot of time every time. The amount of each booked invoice (from Conrad) has to be adjusted manually because otherwise the accounting package cannot correctly link the bank transaction.
When inquired, the difference of 0.10 could be refunded, but 0.01 was too much trouble.
It would be nice if you put the administration / payment system in order.

Op 3-1-2021 bestelde ik een printer en een extra c...

Op 3-1-2021 bestelde ik een printer en een extra cartridge bij Conrad. 3 dagen later was de cartridge al binnen, op de bijgeleverde factuur werd aangegeven dat de printer rond 14 januari 2021 geleverd zou worden. Prima, die 2 weken kon ik wel wachten. We bestelden de printer vanwege het thuisonderwijs van onze kinderen en deze periode was wel te overbruggen met andere oplossingen. Nadat op 18 januari nog steeds geen printer geleverd was en we ook niets hoorden van Conrad hebben we een mail gestuurd wanneer we de printer wel zouden ontvangen, het antwoord: 28 januari. Ook 28 januari niets ontvangen en geen enkele mail of een telefoontje met uitleg waarom niet. Begin februari nog maar een mail gestuurd, wederom uitstel van levering, dit keer rond 16 februari. Aangezien het thuisleren van de kinderen reeds afgelopen was hebben we de order maar door laten lopen. Ook 16 februari werd niet gered qua levering, dus een mail gestuurd om aan te geven dat we ofwel de printer geleverd wilden krijgen ofwel een alternatief wilden. De reactie: We kunnen niets voor u betekenen. Na nog enkele mails heen en weer hebben we uiteindelijk vorige week besloten om de order maar te cancellen, niet omdat we de printer niet meer wilden hebben maar omdat het vertrouwen in Conrad volledig weg is. We hebben de reeds gedane betaling gelukkig relatief snel teruggekregen en hebben de printer bij Bol.com besteld op donderdagavond, zaterdag werd er geleverd.

Overigens: Elke keer dat wij reclameerden bij Conrad stond op hun website dat betreffende printer op voorraad, beschikbaar en leverbaar was binnen een week. Oftewel: Conrad misleidt hun eigen klanten.

Contact met de klantenservice van Conrad: Ze kunnen beter de naam wijzigen in Kluitenservice, ze sturen je namelijk met een kluit het riet in. Op specifieke vragen krijg je geen antwoord, verder dan mijn excuses komen ze niet. Ik verwacht van een leverancier een pro-actieve houding met betrekking tot het monitoren van mijn bestelling en wens dan ook op de hoogte gehouden te worden. Levertijd geen probleem, geen enkele vorm van communicatie wel.

Kortom: Conrad: nooit meer!! Ik bestel voortaan wel bij een betrouwbare partij zoals Bol.com of Coolblue.

I am leaving on vacation this week but I quickly needed a few power strips. On their website I couldn't get through the last page, in my opinion made so that you have to call at a rate of 0.30 Euro per minute. I then emailed and contacted them via Facebook, no response whatsoever. I then sent an email back the day itself that I canceled. Well, this company is very selective in reading emails from customers, that cancellation mail was simply ignored, shipping costs were added while I had asked a payment link for payment with bancontact, so I will be dropped off again for 4.09 euros (their email "You chose the payment method on account", which is a gross lie), so all done in a way that they could shove this order down my throat. By the way, even though everything was in stock, everything cannot be delivered at once. Ok, so the stock on their website is not correct either, so you would go for less with the competition, right? On the invoice they have therefore noted the following: "NOT PRESENT: AFL.BUREN !!", again unilaterally adjusted by them while I had formulated this in a specific way, but it does not matter, I just keep the get middle finger. I'm emailing back today, they just keep ignoring me, so instead of just listening to the customer, they find it more important to capitalize once instead of keeping a customer who will remain a customer. Terrible business flow and outdated tracking systems. I ordered Joy-Cons for my son's Nintendo Switch. Never received a tracking number or status email. Wrote an email to Conrad and was not answered. Searched around the internet until I found a contact number. Was told over the phone that the item was not actually in stock but that it would be in two Monday's from the date I placed my order and shipped immediately to me. Now Monday has passed three days ago. I contacted Conrad again asking for a tracking number and requesting that if it is still not in stock to cancel my order. Was told that they were "sorry to hear that [I] no longer want to wait" and that I would receive a refund. I will not use again and do not recommend Conrad.

Ordered two items, including a power supply for my PC.
First article arrived within 2 days so there is nothing to complain about. However, after waiting a month and a half, that food has still not come in. Initially there was a delivery time of about 1 week. After 4 weeks contacted the customer service to hear that the food would arrive 'suddenly' today and be shipped the same day. But now a week later, the status of the product has still changed and I still haven't received anything. So this will be the last time I order something on conrad.

Am not immediately enthusiastic. I have purchased a product that requires at least Android 4.3. We are now on Android 10. While downloading the App, I get the message that the App is written for an older Android version, and will probably not work. That's right, because the App does not work. The purchased product, the Eurochron A261, does not work and is unusable. I asked a question about this to the helpdesk, and now, after almost two weeks, no answer has been received (at least, a confirmation of receipt). The product is taken from the warehouse to be checked. After ordering, I had the product at home in three days.
