I have been a customer of Conrad for a long time. Even when they still had a shop in Rotterdam. But it is so easy via the website. A great website, clearly, a huge range, also things you don't expect, so not just technically. Just try everything when searching, usually they have it. And it ships relatively quickly, unless it comes from Germany, which is a lot, then it takes a while. The delivery costs are small, often free or above a small amount. You can also pay fine and free of charge with credit card, I know that 6% extra charge, you can check. The customer service is very friendly and helpful. Sending something back is no problem, only they do not exchange the system. If you order a new computer, and it does not work, you can easily return it, but then you will first get your money back and then you can order a new one again. A little cumbersome, but it works well. What I personally like about Conrad is that they also have the phenomenon of a discount code, promotional code, etc., but you often get such a code as a good customer, for example an email: you are a good customer and that means ere, here's your code for a 10% discount. That's what they promise, you have to ask one elsewhere.
