Not happy with Conrad recently. Due to an error in their algorithm, order was paid twice and delivered twice. Sending back is not possible, nor is contact, after ten minutes on hold and listening to noise, but hung up. Also no whatt'app or email. Accessibility is completely worthless.

This is because an "order number" is stated on the package, which is in reality the customer number. Therefore the robot did nothing with my action. Tip for Conrad: take that awful music off hold. If I've had to listen to that for ten minutes, my size is full.
Return has been successful in the meantime!
