Am not immediately enthusiastic. I have purchased a product that requires at least Android 4.3. We are now on Android 10. While downloading the App, I get the message that the App is written for an older Android version, and will probably not work. That's right, because the App does not work. The purchased product, the Eurochron A261, does not work and is unusable. I asked a question about this to the helpdesk, and now, after almost two weeks, no answer has been received (at least, a confirmation of receipt). The product is taken from the warehouse to be checked. After ordering, I had the product at home in three days. I do not understand that it takes so long to investigate this problem and that I am not getting any feedback whatsoever.

I am curious if and how this will be solved.
