Terrible business flow and outdated tracking syste...

Terrible business flow and outdated tracking systems. I ordered Joy-Cons for my son's Nintendo Switch. Never received a tracking number or status email. Wrote an email to Conrad and was not answered. Searched around the internet until I found a contact number. Was told over the phone that the item was not actually in stock but that it would be in two Monday's from the date I placed my order and shipped immediately to me. Now Monday has passed three days ago. I contacted Conrad again asking for a tracking number and requesting that if it is still not in stock to cancel my order. Was told that they were "sorry to hear that [I] no longer want to wait" and that I would receive a refund. I will not use again and do not recommend Conrad.
