I've been using Conlin's Pharmacy for a few years now and thought it was about time I put my experience with Conlins online. I've used other home delivery medical supply companies in the past and find that Conlins is the least expensive, has excellent customer service. My items are always in stock and are very easy to order. All I have to do is call and I get my shipment the next day! Never even have to leave the house :)

Very good medical equipment of everything for the convalescent patient
My insurance called the pharmacy to have my prescription transferred. I called asking to get one prescription filled because I am almost out and I was told to call Walgreens. The woman said she doesn't have time to call Walgreens.
Owner was very caring and personally delivered part of my order!
This is an updated review. There were problems with internal communication with respect to getting my order ready. I was told that the order would be ready to pick up and when someone went down, it was not. The owner did contact me personally and said they would work on their systems so things like this don t happen in the future. She Personally delivered part of my order this afternoon which is greatly appreciated.
The staff at Conlins was extremely helpful and personable.I was looking for prescription compression stockings for my daughter and found Conlin's had by far the best selection. The sales woman spent quite a bit of time with us to be sure she had the proper fit and a style that suited her needs. I would highly recommend Conlin's
Very unprofessional and real shady ,lied about price and wouldn't accept flexible spending account. They wanted to charge 200. Cash for something we got for 32. The next day elsewhere. A lot of whispering between workers and they were unknowledgeable about products. I could almost bet there is some kind of fraud here

Went up to Conlin s with my dad, let s just say he is a handful!! Laura helped us out so much!! She was so polite, helpful, professional, and got us all the information we needed. She had the staff-in-training name badge (assuming she was fairly new) we couldn t tell!
I called this pharmacy today to get some rental/insurance information for a wheelchair and hospital bed for my mother. Julie from the medical equipment department was the customer service rep who answered my call. First and foremost I m so impressed with how professional, caring, and understanding she is. She explained the rental fees and delivery options I had and also explained so clearly the insurance process. As a Supervisor in the customer Service field I had to express how professional she is and how much knowledge about insurances she has and as she explained it to me and made she made sure I understood everything she said . The Conlin s Pharmacy staff provided knowledge and compassion when I needed it most! Their staff assisted me in selecting a lift chair for my mom who recently moved to a Memory Care facility. In particular, Tina, Dennis, Miggie, and Don helped me choose just the right chair to best meet my mom s needs. The patience, experience, and expertise that they provided resulted in the purchase of the best product at the best price!
I had the best experience there. The staff is very pleasant and very helpful. If you ever in need of pharmaceutical products or medical equipment that is the place to go. The owners are very on hand making sure you get the best service possible. Couldn t say enough about the place.
I reached out to Conlin's after consulting with my physician in order to get set up with an insulin regimen. They were extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable with my new needs. I'll certainly be shopping there in the future.

Worse customer experience I've had in years. I wanted to get diabetic shoes. They made my primary care and podiatrist resubmit notes several times and still weren't satisfied.
When I reminded them that my insurance company didn't require all this information they said it was the company that worked with Medicare that required it. But I'm not on Medicare - they had my insurance info from the first time I walked into the store.
Then they said they didn't accept my insurance. which is not true. I called the insurance company *again* and they said Conlin's is absolutely in the network. I asked Conlin's to speak with my contact at the insurance company but they refused.
My podiatrist said Conlin's has been a problem for a while and that they weren't going to refer patients to them any longer. My primary essentially said the same thing, noting that they get the impression that Conlin's doesn't want to work with them. I never did get the shoes from them.
So happy to see Conlin s finally opening up with their old school standards. I walked in beginning of the week to get a brace and a wonderful young eccentric woman took care of me. She had green hair and was so positive and ready to do anything I needed. Glad to see Conlin s being accepting of others and not expecting everyone to fill their bland mold! It s 2021 people!!!!
If I have to give them 10 stars I will give it to them. The best service ever very nice staff, Monica was the one how helped me today she is very pleasant. The place is very organized.
Julie and Miggi provided great customer service from submitting order for approval to scheduling delivery and set up of the hospital bed. They ensured that the bed was delivered promptly within the time frames of scheduled delivery. I am very please and would go to Conlins Pharmacy again for all prescriptions and equipment needs. Thumbs up up for Julie and Miggi!
I recently bought several adaptive equipment items to outfit my in-laws home. The advice regarding their needs was first class. The quality of items was far superior to the large chain stores and some of the items suggested by the rehab hospital were only available at Conlin's. The prices were comparable to Amazon but Amazon offered no guidance.
