I called this pharmacy today to get some rental/insurance information for a wheelchair and hospital bed for my mother. Julie from the medical equipment department was the customer service rep who answered my call. First and foremost I m so impressed with how professional, caring, and understanding she is. She explained the rental fees and delivery options I had and also explained so clearly the insurance process. As a Supervisor in the customer Service field I had to express how professional she is and how much knowledge about insurances she has and as she explained it to me and made she made sure I understood everything she said . Highly recommend this pharmacy! Thank you Julie!!
