Never take calls, some of the employe are rude, lack of parking, especially for clients who has a disability.

They have assistance programs, they help low income families

A blessing to some in the community because of all the programs and opportunities, however, if I had one thing to complain about it would be that they are very poor at following up with emails and phone calls. I took a day off to attend a housing/mortgage program in march and have yet to sit with a counselor for a one on one...very disappointed.

Good resource center for free classes, job training, free computer usage..

What a bright shining star in the area with programs and services designed to help the Hispanic Community. My family and I volunteered/visited for the second year in a row to support the facility in my employer's annual day of volunteerism.

They have the best cda class and they have ged classes to for whi ever need it and its all free also a cdl class

People are very friendly and answered every questions that I have.

Terrible service, if you were not a relative of those who work there they will not help you. My experiences

You only serve people who walk through your door (or via referrals). When we do happen to walk in, please smile and act happy to answer any questions accurately in a timely fashion. Feel free to step outside occasionally and meet our community, and maybe even post flyers of upcoming events or classes in area stores, pharmacies, etc.
