Although the hotel is a 5 star, it is a 4 star place because of the eyes of the customer, because the variety of meals, the children's pool is inadequate in the aqua park area. The usual service was lovely, the staff friendly and the garden landscaped in a lavishly green space and clean well maintained garden.

Good conditions of accommodation, hygiene and comfort. Good food and the entertainment is fantastico with spectacular shows! The employees are friendly and attentive. We have no reason to complain. It is a good resort to spend holidays :)

The room was always clean, mini fridge stocked up every day. The cleaning ladies always left a design out of the duvet which was lovely. The pools were lovely, so was the food but the main thing that made our holiday were the sun and the fun makers especially Kamil he was amazing at his job. The pool games were excellent and so was the entertainment. Would definitely come back

I am going next week with my baby girl and my husband. We read a lot of good reviews and also people recommended this hotel. We hope it will be as good as it is described to be. We will add pics and update this post when we go there.

Location is wonderful, many restaurants, rooms top, staff is nice

This was my first time in an all inclusive holiday and it was a great experience. The hotel staff were really polite and helpful and when the temperatures got really hot they would come around with iced towels. There were lots of activities in the pool to do and they had a lovely spa, which i would high recommend getting the turkish bath. I personally wasn't a fan of the food everyday, but other than that it was a memorable holiday.

I would like to state that I am really satisfied during the 4-day stay, and I would like to thank Mr. Ayberk, who also worked at the front desk, for his intense interest.

Avoid this place, it s very bad choice. Food is appalling, drinks no better, service poor and hardly anyone speak English. Staff rude and do not understand, no one smiles. Half of the facilities were closed in off peak season and they will not tell you that on the website. Ala carte restaurant will charge 10 Euros per had even with all inclusive.
Rooms do not get cleaned properly, room and beach towels are in poor condition, threadbare, I would throw this long time ago. Asked for badminton, the net is planted in big grass, no court marking and shuttle cocks are broken and I am supposed to play. All entertainment was in non English
Our flights were delayed for 8 hours so we returned to the hotel and they would not let us in and even refuse to keep our suitcases! Some our friends stay nearby hotel they welcome them back.
In conclusion there are better hotels on Lara beach, so avoid this one at any cost.

Generally speaking, it is fairly good hotel. Building design is good and staff are quite friendly.
However, indoor relaxing areas are not wide and not sufficient for quests. Moreover, the lobby and bar need to be refurbished.
As another evaluation, dishes and foods are generally good. Well known brands are being used in foods. Particularly, canned and packaged foods.

As for garden and pool, a cared and cleaned outside are available in this hotel.
