Food and drink are high quality and well done really first cream. We are also very satisfied with the pool facilities. The hotel itself but you can tell that it is getting old, however, it is not too late here to go on vacation.

The food was mediocre. The towels given to the beach were too old to have a side to be installed. In the room, there is a room card in the staff who serve the mini bar. I mean, if it's a time you changed your swimsuit ...

Super place, exklusive, great service, delicious food

Was now there in mid-August for the first time with my 7-year-old son. We both enjoyed it very much !! The cleanliness of the facilities from the hotel room to the beach is excellent, the sea water turquoise, the pools and the parks tiptop well maintained and the staff throughout very friendly and helpful. The guest service leaves no wishes unfulfilled. With the huge selection of buffets everyone will find something and they are each evening under a different motto, as well as the entertaining evening program of the animation team, which is very funny in four (!) Languages moderated. Also during the day is provided by various events from table tennis, darts, water polo or beach ball tournaments to the pool party for entertainment. For vacationers who want to relax in peace, there are extra very beautiful relax pools and beach areas to which children have no access. If you like to go shopping, there are more than enough opportunities in the many brand-new shopping malls on the other side of the street. Another megaplus, Lara is a maximum of 15 minutes from Antalya Airport. All in all, the hotel is ideal for families and for single travelers, we will be back!

We investigated a lot in the pandemic process, how is the safest accommodation.This staff is safe in all respects.

The hotel design is nice, but for the success of the price performance chart there should not be high prices. His coffee's not good. They have respectable staff.

Overall a really nice place to stay. Positives include, excellent location, very close to the beach, close to various markets and malls, only 15 mins from land of legends theme park. Staff are very friendly, despite the comments from others that I have read I can tell you that the food choice and quality is generally of a very good standard. We can really recommend both the Turkish a la Cart restaurant and also the Italian restaurant, which were extremely good quality food, complemented by good service! The hotel regularly hosts pool parties, outside discos and various events like water gym, beach volleyball plus the usual pool events, for example boys versus girls in fun swimming events, which on the whole are fun!

The main positives about this hotel are the large outside areas. The big main pool, plus, you also have a children s pool with water slides and also a private or quiet pool for over 16 s only. There is also a fourth smaller pool but we ve never used it. The gardens are also large, well maintained and have tennis courts, football pitch etc..

Negatives, I could summarise a few, the main one being WiFi coverage is poor, to get good WiFi the trick is to sit in the reception area, not ideal but it does depend on the room you re given and it s proximity to the router. We were lucky, our room had decent WiFi coverage but we had friends also stopping here who had no coverage from their room. In fairness to the resort management, they were moved rooms and given access to a cabana in the private pool as a way of appeasement. After moving rooms their WiFi improved. The decking by the pool is tired, no doubt about that but don t let that put you off, it s only a minor issue, yes it should be replaced in sections but at the moment it s okay.

I have read other people s comments regarding poor housekeeping, we never had any issues on the contrary I ve added some photos to show you what we regularly come back to, when returning to our room!

Overall if you ve booked a holiday here to Concorde de luxe resort, I will say that you re in for an enjoyable holiday!

First of all, you have no doubt that it will make my unbiased experiences. I have read some of the negative comments. When you go to hotels, please don't expect everything to be the same anymore. For those who say no activity, what do you expect to happen during the pandemic? Crazy foam parties? Not doing these things is done very well now, health before everything else. The air conditioner works constantly in the rooms, but it is turned off occasionally to provide fresh air flow in public areas, which seemed very normal to me. With the new normallesme, we need to learn to change our hotel expectations. In the open buffet, the ascias are now putting on your plates, there may be short queues inevitably, here we are obliged to maintain social distance. I was very pleased with the smiling face of the hotel staff. Everyone is interested in all of the administrative staff. The only point I broke was the quality of the drink, we had to specifically ask the waiters to drink some drinks, but they all helped. It was a safe and enjoyable holiday for me and my family. This hotel is really awesome. The service is excellent, the rooms are very clean. The staff is good German and is always very polite. The food in the various restaurants tastes great and there is something for everyone. The hotel area is not too big and not too small, very clean and generally nice to see.

Overall a good place but some of the deficiencies forced me to this score.For example the room was cleaned and the delivery was slow.After arriving we waited for about 1 hour.One other inconvenience is the variety of food.But for those who want to take a break.

I would have given 5 stars but it has some disadvantages. 1. the bars do not have a complete menu, for 5 days I did not know what drinks they had and I discovered by chance that they also have good drinks. 2. The thick plastic glasses I reuse show the patina of time and sometimes I found them dirty even though they have a dishwasher but it seems that the employees mix them or touch them with others (3 times I drank beer and it was a little mint in a glass). 3. in the left wing of the hotel as you look at it from the street there are some turbines that make noise non-stop, you can see the sea instead but you can't get rid of those turbines.
4. you don't have a correct information of what is free and what is paid (bottled beer is paid, popcorn is paid etc ... you want to take it and find out that it is paid because they have no exposed price) 5. I didn't like that you give a lot of money for 7 days and they have VIP seats with extra payment (strange) it would seem normal to me to be +16 areas but not to pay extra.6. the cleanliness in the room seemed questionable, ie the sheets did not smell of detergent, the tea heater was dirty, the mattresses were not the best and the bedding was not clean but no quality was felt, they were normal. There are luxury guesthouses in Sucevita Suceava that have better beds, bedding and mattresses e.g. Cocktails depend on who they are made of. Between meals you don't have much to eat.

Positive would be the food that is very good, the front garden very nicely maintained, exemplary anticovid measures Staff doing their job. Very large pool. The spa is huge and very nicely arranged. It has many pluses, don't get me wrong, the hotel is good but there are small details that don't make it 5 but a 4 and a half.
They should remove the plastic glasses from the beer to have the bottle in the rooms to use some better detergents to have complete menus In the room to have clearly written what is free and not all the extra prices or to put them on the site. The internet is ff good goes anywhere and at high speed. The beach is wide and clean. People can see that they are interested in doing something good, but it seems that compared to other 5-star hotels, it seemed more to the great mass of people, not to luxury, that is, it was clean, it was disinfected but they didn't have anything that looked luxurious. I went to smaller ones in Antalya and as if they were more opulent they gave the feeling of luxury. The room, for example, is large but goes a lot towards modernism, not luxury.

I came in January 29. Closed pool too small, sauna and bath in the same time. Service staff are good at the cafeteria, but they are extremely slow in the bar. Any order can be taken an hour to arrive. Food is not very different and most of the meat is made in the same grill as a strange taste is a mixed taste. Even the cafeteria part of the hotel is not enough to meet the demands of the summer, I think the food is pouring into the skin. This hotel can be found in a much better hotel with less money. In short I don't recommend.

Not bad but no ULTRA all inclusive. What disappoints me in November ...

Service good. The location, the landscape is very good. The sandy beach is beautiful. But there is no place of worship. ... The members of the Islamic religion do not have a small mosque to pray together.

I was 5 days ago with my family. It does not stand at the 5-star level, but there are very good conditions, the rooms are clean. I recommend that in the future you have an outdoor heated pool for the period March - April and wi-fi is very poor.
