Visited yesterday by 10.30 am to the Kadavanthara office to discuss with Shinto about my upcoming project at kochi. While entering that office one lady wearing a mask told me to wait there. I had been waiting there till 11.30am unattended. Then i moved out of the office for not getting a proper response.

I came back to my office and contacted the customer care and explained this incident. The lady who attended the call replied that without having an appointment they were not attending any clients and from my attire they felt that I'm a worker and not their client.

I was so surprised by their reply.

Is this how to run a business?, A business that has enough projects in the market. Are the clients always to be identified by their costumes.

Anyway, I have the calls recorded in my phone.
