The community theater is a very nice place to find good entertainment. I don't think people realize the true value of a live performance, for the audience or the actor. One of the few gems of Terre Haute.
Thoroughly enjoyed the play On Holden Pond. Great actors who really made you feel as if you were really there.
Old but certainly decent space for stage performances. Infrastructure is not up-to-date but places like this are definitely needed in the community to remind how important the theater performances are, to remind the talent in the community.
The theater was nice and the staff was friendly. The actors in the play that I saw did a good job with the material, the play itself just wasnt that good in my opinion. It was a two person show which was also in a very small room which made it nearly impossible to move around even during the intermission. I'm glad to have this kind of resource in Terre Haute and I'll support them again so that we can grow and expand our culture. I applaud their efforts in this regard.

This theater is just as good as a professional theater, both in facilities and in quality productions. Their prices are just very prohibitive.

A wonderful place to celebrate friendship and a sense of community by giving back through the performing arts. All are welcome and valued, and no contribution too small. If there are cars in the parking lot, stop by, say hi, and if you have time, lend a hand!

This place is for people to act out in plays like, Shakespeare played out in Hamlet! A great place to act out your creative imagination, and I do believe you can sign up for an act to be played out! I'll check on that!

This theatre is absolutely made by the fantastic group of volunteer actors and stagehands that give of their time and talents to entertain Terre Haute. I absolutely recommend seeing a show there!
Disappointed with the selection of production they put on was a regular attender but stopped going a couple years ago and gave up my lifetime membership because they chose to mislabeled a play as PG when it was actually a hard r and very uncomfortable setting with children. Their recent selection of production to put on our very a moral there is no real redeeming or spiritually sound morality in most of the production they now put on. I have better places to spend my money so I will had it bears mentioning that when they were asked about their mistake and Miss labeling of production they did not offer any all of me or refund.

As someone who frequently visits and preforms here I can attest to the quality and enjoyment of any show preformed here. This is a place I will always remember
I had my very first experience ever in the Community Theatre on June 2nd at their annual award show & it was beyond amazing..it was like the Oscar's or Academy Awards Night Celebration..as long as the Community Theatre has been in Terre Haute I've never been there or wasn't really interested in theatre for whatever reason..well now my youngest daughter has shown interest in theatre & has done her first ever play at both Terre Haute South & Community Theatre within 6 months & has the approval of her parents to stay in theatre..and everyone that's involved with theatre has told her to stay with it as well..they have all told her she's got talent in theatre..I'll try my best to support all theatre big or small & please Terre Haute help support your local theatre you won't regret it, I haven't..
Tonight's performance of Mamma Mia was the best we've seen, even better than the touring off-Broadway performances we saw in Columbus, Ohio, and the acclaimed Little Theater on the Square in Sullivan, Illinois.
Even the set design and costumes were amazing!
And the theater is beautiful, with a brand-new parking lot. Well worth the money!

Wonderful and talented cast. They were all very thorough in the adaptation of the original movie 'Driving Miss Daisy'. The presentation was very professional and I felt the deep emotion projected by the cast. Susan was magnificent!!
