Good Ole American workers who take great pride in what they do. It was my honor to work there drilling a lot of stainless steel to mount the saddles on the front of the tank line. I felt very welcomed and able to work around the people doing their jobs there, whom were very friendly and professional!

Yes this company looks flashy and nice on the outside, but once brought in you will soon learn differently. Yes they do offer great pay and good benefits, but tons of pressure, HIGH TURNOVER rates in probabtionary periods. I tried so hard to maintain positive attitude but slowly wore down. Everyone kept telling me " you will soon learn what this place is about" and i did. Nothing about their motto "trust and fairness" is actually true at all. Can't stress enough that I Tried to maintain a postive attitude, but slowly broken down by other co-workers negativity. I hope this review helped...

Firstly most of the overly enthusiastic posts/reviews about this company are from the people who are still employed there. Whether the sentiment is true or not should be investigated more thoroughly considering I worked with the one guy who is a trainer and doesn t seem like he does much but make badges and new training vids so his opinion is skewed. Secondly, the good ole boy mentality runs deep at CRT which is apparent by the one African American mid-level supervisor and zero female supervisors. Never once did anyone in my department or any other department express to me how much they love their job however they appreciate the OT which improves the pay. This place is stuck in the 70 s/80 s and it s only been around 30 years. It was very difficult to work in such a negative environment.

HIGH TURNOVER. And you will see why... Used to be an amazing place to work. But the politics have taken over and trust in fairness is out of the window now. They are now forcing people to take positions that they don't want otherwise they fire them, HR has basically taken over, the owner (who was great) is never there much now and things are getting worse. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Just be warned and wary.

A good friend of mine works here, and was generous enough to give me a tour. I saw almost the entire facility and learned about everything that they do here. It was a great experience and the scale of the operation was huge. Everyone I met during the time I visited was friendly, relaxed, and professional. Great people all around and a great company.
