Firstly most of the overly enthusiastic posts/reviews about this company are from the people who are still employed there. Whether the sentiment is true or not should be investigated more thoroughly considering I worked with the one guy who is a trainer and doesn t seem like he does much but make badges and new training vids so his opinion is skewed.

Secondly, the good ole boy mentality runs deep at CRT which is apparent by the one African American mid-level supervisor and zero female supervisors. Never once did anyone in my department or any other department express to me how much they love their job however they appreciate the OT which improves the pay. This place is stuck in the 70 s/80 s and it s only been around 30 years. It was very difficult to work in such a negative environment.
