If you planing to register your car here..simply don t.
They are having office timing.. and working 5 days on 7 and no 24/7 call center to help.
Like if accident happens only on office working hours.
They will let you do everything yourself and you have to ask for guidness..they are very slow damn very slow... car had accident on Thursday and have to wait till Monday to move to the garage they agreed with..while they could start this step by Sunday..even in Covid19 situation and not much work and companies need to keep their clients.
Even that I have to be communicating with garage and follow up and coordinate between the two of them..
If you are like me in this mistake..i hope that you are just waiting till contract amend to register with carrying and more professional company.
I have a good experience with them after my car's cancellation.

Watch out, ask for the depreciation charges where they will charge you according to vehicle model without listing it in the policy claiming that it is listed in the general insurance authority booklet. It is hidden charge and they will not list it in your policy. Please make sure to check it and get the answer in writing by email.

Unprofessional company, they hire low wage staff that can barely speak english and you have to repeat yourself 100000 times.
Don't ever get insurance from this company. Worst service in the world. You have to lose whole day to get the claim done, then you have to contact and negotiate with garage by yourself. Staff don't speak English. No dedicated parking around their building. It's cheap but not worth the hassle. Stay away. Go to AXA or RSA.

There is one staff in 6 floor don t have respect I advice never use this insurance and they don t have any manager on duty will for manager 2 days just to talk to them no complain form nothing
Its the worst insurance company you can opt for as they will charge you for servicing without your consent and when you question them, they will deny it and only keep insisting that you agreed and when you ask for proof, the only answer they can give you is, no our partnered company said you agreed...well for them, their customers are liars and only what they do is right.
Believe me they have no sense of servicing, they don't know how to speak to their customers and to top it all, they can charge you unreasonably.
And did i mention that even if you speak to their supervisor it doesn't matter because they don't give a damn if they explained you properly or not that you might have to pay an excess amount of every accident you claim but just the fact that mentioning excess accident explains it all that it is also chargeable.
Moreover, where usually other companies will charge you an amount of either 200-500dhs for claiming an accident, this company will charge you an amount dhs1000- no matter if it's just a scratch
stalling on approvals which is unacceptable when health is at stake.
Ok but it needs inproovements as per Dubai quality standards.

I had an accident claim, not my mistake ofcourse , they assigned me a garage who took 1 week to fit the damaged bumper , moreover the bumper was not aligned properly. When complained to Dubai Insurance re same, they said will call back and dint do it. I had to follow up

very bad service . i had small accident where i was non faulted. Taken the car to deira office where you need to struggle for parking . I was given a number to call on next day and when i called i got another number to call for the garage . i had spoken to them but it is almost 3 weeks that i am waiting for the action to happen.

i worst insurance providers in UAE.i have applied for my son insurance in December & keep on follow up with them.the reply was will be ready in a week.i trust these guys,but today i receive a mail that they stop issuing dependent policy..!!!! irresponsible & unprofessional....
This company charges you 100 dirhams for a paper which proves that you had no accient.Very poor service, incredible that you are punished because you had no accient.Never again!
Easy experience
I visited them to make my car as my car was hit from behind. Finished everything in 5 mins . The owner of the garage where they sent for fixing was also there and was very helpful.
I had an accident and im not the caused so the insurance should fix my car , and the garage job is super poor they will try to save money and glue things without changing it , i took my car to accident manger as he saw the car after its fixed and theres some marks and they didn t accept it till i made a complain in insurance authority , my advice is to read the law well and check your car well before you sign and don t fight just make onlinecomplain to insurance authority.

Very poor service, You will never receive a call or an update from them you have to keep following up everyday, People working there they usually don't want to attend the calls or they just tell you anything to hung up, Car inspector named Ahmed is very rude and not helpful or committed to his job he kept lying to me multiple times and giving false information.

slowest service ever, i wanted 1 paper urgently to be sent + 1 quotation for a new car i bought , i am writing this post 5 days after, and still didn't get either of my request, and still couldn't register my car till today, while other companies gave me what i need plus quotation in less than 10 minutes
Worst insurance company ever, better to burn your money instead of giving them. No customer service even you have network N1 , calling toll free number is like you call cemetery because no one answer. You will face problem in every step and in every hospital and clinic, you will end up paying from your pocket. They are 40 years old theif company.
