Offices are not bad but getting a bit dated. Staff are ok and location is a short walk from Rhodes station. Plenty of parking available. Located in the Rhodes business park and has really limited food options

Just bought new hp envy5020, all installed but can't connect to network, multiple other devices no problems. Can't contact hp how many times do I go in installation loop??

HP Best Service Pre Sale and Post Sale. However worst experience with thier Deilivery partners Toll. They should hire Australian Post for better customer experience.
Certainly the worst customer service ever experienced. Order delayed indefinitely with no ETA. Took weeks of calling to arrange a replacement product. Multiple calls with promises to "get back to you" with no follow up. Avoid.
Ordered a computer, only to be told after calling that it was out of stock. Have now been told that a refund takes 10 days. Wasted my time - very poor customer service.
