Horrible on hold today for 39 mins before they answered and someone was talking in background and then just hung up. Called back again and now I m waiting again 23 mins and counting. They fine you if ur 10 mins late but they can be hours late, I am a contractor, i have work to do and they are costing me money and time with my family. My record for tech showing up late was appointment was at 11 tech showed a few min before 4 pm. I have been on hold before for over an hr on a weekday don t even try to call them on weekends. The lottery needs to find a better contractor, someone that can answer the phone and people you don t have to call back several times till you get someone who knows what they are doing.
