They take time to listen especially ANGELINE JORDAN!! I make sure to make my appointment when she is there. Mondays and Tuesdays

Folks be aware these company is very dishonest, they charge my wife and me extra $$ for visit on Saturday without disclosing this upfront. Very un professional.
My children have been patients here for over 5 years!! I was not aware of the staff changes until 2 weeks ago! I will NEVER bring my kids here again learning Josie Cindy & Rosie are no longer there! This office now has rude staff starting with the front office!! They put you on hold for over 10 minutes & answer the phones with an attitude!! Nobody knows what they're doing! I asked for the owners phone number. I was given a Judy's number but I've already dealt with her rude ass years ago. The nurses that left was the only reason I took my kids there! RED flag when all staff goes MIA!!! Time to move on from this disfunctional place!!!

the wait is ridiculous , I don't know why I even made an appointment because they don't even take you at the time . I swear they forget about the people waiting . I sat there for an hour and a half waiting to be attended and they started calling people that came in like 40 mins after me . I waisted my time sitting there . don't get me wrong some of the people are really nice but i feel like I'm in the waiting room more time than what I should be with the doctor .
Went there for first visit. Saw nurse practitioner. She never called my referral into the specialist. I called the specialist and set up the appointment and they said they would handle getting the referral. It s not their job to do but I appreciate their help and I know the care about their patients since they are taking care of this from their end. I also had labs and they never called me to go over the results. Wonder when they plan on calling me. If you want good quality health care and doctors that care about your health stay far away from this place.
This place is great! Me and my grandparents have been going there about 3-4 years now and we always get the same great service. These bad reviews seem to all have something in common.... the way the people are talking. If yall are online talking like this i can only imagine how bad you communicated with the doctors. All the staff is great. #treatpeoplehowyouwanttobetreated.
If I could give them a zero star, I would! The worst unprofessional place. They just pretty much show up to work in a robotic manner; no empathy for patients. It s all simply routine. The nurse practitioner ( mathadora ) was horrible. She rushed out the exam room so fast, not caring about my pain level. I couldn t even get all my thoughts together for the quick shoddy exam she did. So fake just showing up for the check. She put totally different in my chart than what she verbalized to me. She said someone would wrap my foot (didn t happen). The X-ray person was even less lifeless. Just a bunch of robots. Then I had to hunt them down for the results! What in the heck do they do?! The front desk can hardly make eye contact they just want to hurry u out of their face quickly as possible. NEVER AGAIN.
Went to this location on Monday could not do a chest xray because machine didnt work treated me and told me to come back on Tuesday to see ifmachine worked ,it didnt so they sent me to Gwinetts Medical for Chest x ray it is now friday and I haven't heard a word from urgent careI just called urgent care and they can't tell me anything Not a professional place
If you want good customer service never try this place they will never picked your because I call them for a whole day to change my appointment nobody answered my call or call me back.
I ve been coming to this office for the past 3 years or so, and my experiences have been amazing on every single visit!!
I have to say the new staff is very professional and do know what they are doing. I have been a patient in this family practice for years and the old staff was always rude and lazy. The nurse practitioners I have seen are very thorough and I come out of that office satisfied and thank GOD they accept walk-ins in case of any emergency with my kids.
I have been going to community family practice for over a year and I have never had any problems. The staff and nurse practitioners are awesome and knowledgeable in my opinion. The place is clean and I like the fact that you don t have to make an appointment to go.

Damn, I really wish I never went here. This doctor osowa is really ignorant and rude and really dumb also. I asked him to write a letter for me for a certain thing and mail it to me and he said he would when I saw him at his Lawrenceville location and then 3 days later, he said that he won't mail me the letter and will only mail it somewhere else. With the messed up way he is, he will definitely be out of business eventually.
First impressions are everything ! The staff here are rude and are just there for a check. I tried to set up an appointment so that I wouldn't have to wait long and still ended up waiting two hours while they took walkin patients after the lady told me to set an appointment up the day before when I came to be seen. If that was the case I could of stayed waiting when I came the day before. So I drove there two times in two days and still ended up not being seen. They have no parking so I had to park across the street and try to get through traffic with my baby. I just sat there and cried I have heart problems I set an appointment early in the am so I could be seen first and still had to wait two hours after the second hour I just left without being seen. There was no way my baby was gone last sitting still waiting for another hour. I would never encourage anyone to go here!! Mind you I'm new to GA and the area and this place made me hate where I chose to live.
Ever since Josie left this place has went down hill dramatically!!!!! Ive been waiting over a month for a referral to a specialist. It shouldnt take this long . 50% of the time no one answers the phone.... It seems like they have new staff every week.

My favorite nurse practitioner definitely is KATIE. She takes her time and makes you feel very comfortable. Most of these reviews are not accurate. As i had seen previously people getting upset over petty things that the emloyees have no control of. Anywhere you go you will have a wait time. Not all places take walk ins and that's what i love about this place.Cause all the times i haven been there i have not ever had a complaint. They give their 100 % to their patients needs.
Disgusting place. Both times I ve been there the bathroom had pee all over the toilet and floor...and no tissue so I walked out. When I think of a doctors office I think of being cured of whatever illness I have...not getting one in such a disgusting place. The workers and owners should be ashamed of theirself.

Time after Time my prescription was wrong and ordered days later. Today with my face swollen crying in pain trying to take care of my children I chased my prescription down all day until I finally gave up because the rude answering service decided to patronize me talking to me like I was wrong for THEIR mistake. It's fine though this is business and you just lost six paitents. Dr. Asowa needs to learn how to treat people. Come Monday this won't be a rewiew it'll be a face to face discussion citing EVERYTHING I see here.

The new staff is rude and inconsiderate! They never seems to call in Rx when they are suppose to, and getting a referral to a specialist in a timely manner is unheard of. They need to close this location permanently.
I wish I would've read reviews before I came to this place. Please don't waste your time here. The staff is rude. They never pick up. I've been getting the run around for months now with results from multiple labs. It seems they only care about money. I paid for labs and they refuse to give me my labs unless I come in which means more money for them. That should be illegal. It's disgusting how many times I've called for my labs and given the run around. I hated that I wasted so much money and I'm not in the best financial situation so this hurt me really bad. I even explained this to them and they won't give me my labs. Everybody sucks there except the lab(quest diagnostics) woman that takes the blood.. She has no control over the rest of the horribly ran office. The only ray of light in that place.
RUN as fast as u can from this absolute HELL HOLE! Been a patient here since early 2013, THE GOOD OL DAYS,but as the years go by and staff have disappeared AND replaced with "staff" who make fun of patients leaving.. 'yeah she always smells like that' 'God gross!' Yeah sadly I heard this mean conversation and that's it , never get your scripts, don't listen or even remember why you are there..... as of April I Am Done! It's one thing to put up with the aggravation of basically reminding them to do their jobs, But after I heard how they were putting down , laughing, at a sick patient does it for me, HOW COULD They? AND HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO TRUST MINE AND MY CHILDREN'S HEALTHCARE WITH DESPICABLE, HORRIBLE SO CALLED HEALTH PROVIDERS!

Hello willing to say I like this office and the best People their are Addy and the ma that is very nice and it s very shocking and sad that Addy is gone y all need to bring her back she has a very great personality, funny, and she is just the best their we need her back !!!
I have been going here with my family for 5 years. Since they had a change in staff the office has gone down. They have mishandled insurance information, wait times increased by an hour, and their staff is rude. I have had enough and after today's appointment where my son had an appointment at 9:45am to do blood work and was required not to eat since 12am and they kept him waiting for an hour while they figured out what blood test needed to be done and forgot about him. I will be taking my entire family out of this location.
I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have ever had at an urgent care facility. I went here expexting good care and the doctor did not even make eye contact with me or seem interested in my injury. She was cold and disconnected and seemed rather unknowledgable. Paid for X-rays and asked for a copy, went home and the copy of X-rays was a corrupt file and upon further investigation the radiologist who inspected the X-rays stated in his summary the X-rays were blurry and not clear. Feel like I got take advantage of, please steer clear of this terrible facility if you need proper care!
I have had several bad experiences at the Buford Family Clinic. The other office in Lawrenceville is worst. Whoever does the hiring should be fired for employing the rudest, insensitive, and incapable, morons I have ever had to try to communicate with. I will tell you one of the several experiences I had that would make the average patient refuse to return. I saw the NP Cathy. She told me she was going to call me in a prescription on Monday to the pharmacy. Yes, I was wondering why she couldn't call it in then but I went along with it. I called my pharmacy around noon to see if it was ready for pick up. It wasn't so I proceeded the 1.5 hour torture to get the script called in. She takes a lot of lunches and sees a ton of patients so I was unable to speak to her directly. The previous sentence is sarcasm when I went to office there was no patients there. iThey said they called in the prescription to my pharmacy. Cathy and I spoke about colazapam for my dibilatating anxiety. She called me in Clonidine which is a strong medicine fir hypertension. This could have been a fatal mistake if my pharmacist didn't catch it. He asked when I was diagnosed with hypertension or vascular headaches. I went absolutely crazy and demanded to speak with her immediately. She called back 30 minutes later with an attitude. Yes, an attitude not an apology. She said a current medicine I'm on interferes with Colozapam. I have been on both those medicines for several years. You want to be careful whenever you take a sedative. She made me feel so awful about myself I spent the rest of the night sleeping. What happened to good patient care. Caring about the individual patient instead of the rushing through each exam. If she would have read my history she would have known this. She just came in went through her ritual and said I will call you in that Monday hoping I wouldn't. I wouldn't go back there ever again.
I first came here in 2014 I called them they answered all my question over the phone and I became a walk in. As a walk in you might wait a little longer than appointments BUT they get all the service you need done. They do everything here OB GYN dermatology creams here I like this clinic. Their inexpensive and I have to get TB (PPD) shot every annual visit which I pay out of pocket $25 due too healthcare job which too me is no problem. I have gotten my Tetanus shot here & it didn't hurt neither. They only thing I can say is if your insurance doesn't pay for X-RAYS then don't get it here.
