Ever since Josie left this place has went down hil...

Ever since Josie left this place has went down hill dramatically!!!!! Ive been waiting over a month for a referral to a specialist. It shouldnt take this long . 50% of the time no one answers the phone.... It seems like they have new staff every week.
Ive been going here for over 5 years ....
Changes need to be made asap
