If you have an urgent issue that needs to be addressed please do not go here. The front office and staff are great, it's the person in charge who is incapable of doing his job.
Time after Time my prescription was wrong and ordered days later. Today with my face swollen crying in pain trying to take care of my children I chased my prescription down all day until I finally gave up because the rude answering service decided to patronize me talking to me like I was wrong for THEIR mistake. It's fine though this is business and you just lost six paitents. Dr. Asowa needs to learn how to treat people. Come Monday this won't be a rewiew it'll be a face to face discussion citing EVERYTHING I see here.
