The lack of costumer service is astounding. It is sad to know that this is the norm in most places. Rules and policy procedures are made as they go, on the spot. When you ask to see specific rules they tell you that they are internal to the company and you can t see them.
Really, Colombians need to demand better. They pay for services they never receive. It s shameful

The average waiting time to be attended is a minimum of 30 minutes. The advisors, although they try to be kind, do not offer real solutions, either because they are not sure how to solve customer requirements or why Claro is structured for bad service.

Very fast service. But that's about all that was good. Only managed to resolve alone of four issues. Attendance was unforgiving. The attendant next to mine was more interested in my issues than that of his own customer. A complete farce.

That day I had to pay an invoice, I had not visited before but I found it very nice, efficient very fast with a wide range of phones and brands ... very well located with a lot of transport and easy access if you ask me if I would go with very pleased
