very disappointed, after waiting 2 days for there regular financing guy to get back so we could finish up financing on the vehicle, find out that they changed there mind on my trade in and are now gonna give me less than what they offered me 2 days ago, thats not right all because my car will need new tires and a oil change, which would only cost them around $600 max for both.... very disappointed in them and would not recommend them

I would have given a 5 star if not for the fact that 3 days after taking possession of my new truck, it was on a flatbed truck on it's way back to the dealership for repairs. Not what i'd expect from a new and very expensive truck.

Just completed my 4th new car purchase with Colombian Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Transaction went smoothly thanks to a great, no pressure, sales staff. Larry The Sarge is an easy going knowledgeable salesman. I felt like he was working for me to get the best deal possible. Trade in value was more then what could have gotten elsewhere. I couldn t be happier. I stop in from time to time just to see what s new on the showroom floor, get my cars serviced or just to say hi and grab a free coffee.

Great experience from start to finish. I had the vehicle that I wanted picked out prior to arriving at the dealership. When I arrived it was pulled up out front already ready to go. Mike R., the salesman, was very nice and professional. Jason A. in financing was very easy and fun to work with. The whole atmosphere at the dealership is an all around awesome experience. Will definitely go back for my next vehicle.

I would not recommend dealership based on the fact that if they are making money off you they are your best friend if not forget about it. I leased a wrangler there and decided to buy it out at the end of the lease. Called the dealership to buy and they said unless I was financing through them they couldn t help me. I had to call and send paperwork back and forth with the lease company for a month to buy it out. I was good enough to deal with when they made money off my lease but when I needed them at the end crickets. So take it how you want I won t ever by anything from them again poor service to abandon a customer. Wouldn t trust them at all.

Great dealership! I drove in from Pittsburgh after I came across their listings on Facebook. Staff was friendly and made the process as quick as possible, there was the usual wait at times but compared to some of the deals I've sat through, it wasn't bad at all. I was really surprised at the variety and amount of inventory, especially in regards to the high performance stuff. Overall, I'd highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a Dodge, Jeep or Ram. I'm having a blast in my new Challenger!

Do not trust these guys. They are as crooked as it gets. You pay practically MSRP (minus some rebates for newest model year) while other Chrysler dealers are thousands cheaper. They told me I was test driving a V6 and that it used "the cheap stuff" aka conventional oil. It's a 4-cylinder and uses 0w-20 full synthetic oil.

Don't get me wrong. I love the car. Top notches on that. Just don't trust these salesmen at all. Don't even listen to them. Go elsewhere or at least research the vehicle on your own. Don't believe anything you're told here.

We purchased a 2020 truck here on 09/19/2020. We drove it from the dealership to home. Its been a month and it has not moved since. Firstly, we put a $100 deposit down because we looked at it online. They did not even put that into the sale. Had to call them for a refund. In September, we visited the dealership and was shown the truck we were interested in and learned it did not have satellite radio but was equipped satellite ready. Pretty unheard of this day in age. We were told they could add it for $3,000 PLUS labor. This included a $1,000 core charge (FOR A BRAND NEW TRUCK). The salesperson, Amanda, was quite pushy and would not leave us alone to talk about the decision to buy. She left twice for under a minute. We felt pressured. She said we could get the radio for the $3,000 and rushed us along. We bought the truck but opted not to do this (obviously) and drove home to PA and contacted our local dealer for installation of the radio. They informed us the truck was not satellite ready, thus it could not be installed! They also said the $1,000 core was a ridiculous fee because its a new truck, not replacing anything! We contacted Columbiana Dodge Monday morning, the next business day after the sale. We explained the situation. They said there are no returns on the vehicle, pay the $3,000 plus labor or trade it. I said ok, could we trade and make some kind of deal, just with a different salesperson because we were not comfortable with her, since we were very misinformed on the features of the truck. The manager refused to give us to another salesperson. Basically he and the salesperson implied they got their money, they didn't care about the fact we were sold a truck with features it didn't really have. We couldn't believe this! When the OH title came to our PA notary, she notified us that Columbiana did the paperwork incorrectly and we had to pay an additional $120 in taxes because of the oversight! It was just one thing after another! I apologize for the lengthy review, as I don't normally review things but I don't want someone else to have a bad experience buying a vehicle. Think twice before using this dealership. Our local dealership, took the time to locate a replacement truck and has really taken care of us. Columbiana deserves less than 1 star.

John Clegg and Jason Allison are honest guys to deal with, the Dealership is honest and does what they can to make the Customer happy. This was our 3rd Ram we purchased from Columbiana(and a sister Dealership they owned which was formerly Salem CJD). They have an awesome and responsive Detailing / Prep team that prepped my new RAM in a day including Paint Armor!

Horrible experience! I inquired on a truck for over a week with e-mails and phone calls and heard nothing back. When I finally did hear back, I was told that they sent me 4 e-mails and I had opened them all. I heard nothing and how could they tell if I opened them if I never got them? I would not recommend to anyone! I would walk before I went to them again! Stay away!

I found the perfect Wrangler at their dealership via Jeep.com. I called the front desk and was put in touch with Amanda. I live out state and figured this would be like pulling teeth but it was the smoothest process! Amanda answered ALL my questions (it was my first Jeep) and Jason in Finance helped make sure all of the proper signatures and initials were in the right place for purchase. They picked me up at PIT and brought me to the dealership. Amanda, Jason and owner John Kufleitner were waiting for me to shake hands, say hello and pair my phone to the Jeep. I was amazed to view their inventory - lots of colors and models. I drove home 1500 miles and provided Amanda's information at least twice to people who asked about my Wrangler. I can't say enough about Amanda and team - I highly recommend because I had a car buying experience like no other!

I had some mechanical work done to our Chrysler Town and Country along with a pre-vacation and warranty checkup near July 15. We decided to try out a new dealer to us for a change. It was really worth the short trip to Columbiana. Nicest employees all around. Smiles and courteous. The service manager,I believe,Eric,was outstanding. Explained everything in detail to be done and at what cost before me giving the ok. No suprises He stayed in contact with me with clear understanding on what they found and cost to suggested repairs. So nice a guy. I like how he and the mechanic took care of things. The final bill was a fair deal. The dealership is neat n clean. We shall return!

The power of two does not work for you!!!!! & We will not go tell a friend!!!!!! Purchased a truck from Columbiana Dodge and were assured that our complaints about the vehicle would be addressed. One of them was not and then find out from our personal mechanic not even two weeks after purchase that its going to take over $800 to fix what was supposedly just the multi-function switch. Called the dealership and left 3 messages for the owner John Kufleitner and never received a call back. Will never deal with them again.

When I go back to deal after I made a decision on a vehicle, I think the person who spent so much time with me showing the inventory should get the commission-not the guy trying to intercept. I recently purchased a used Hellcat from them, being a big Dodge dealer you would think that they would actually bring in the traded in cars to look over and service them. I asked the salesman who was very nice and very helpful if the car had been checked and serviced, he said yes and I said so the oil and filter was changed he said yes, I drive the Hellcat an hour home and checked the oil, not only was it not changed it was three quarts low, and beings that I couldnt really get the car up to a decent speed on test drive due to the weather I trusted the dealership to be honest with me, on my way home I realized the rotors were so warped and pulsating badly, that there is no way anyone looked at this vehicle. $47,000 and couldn't even check the car out.

Conflicting stories? About what that the car was three quarts low on oil? Or that you guys don't check out the trade in vehicles that you're selling. And the salesman has nothing to do with this, he didn't go out and check the oil or change the oil it's not his job to that stuff.

They did what they said and there were no surprises. Great stocking dealer, with a lot of vehicle choices. I'll check them first for any future vehicle purchases.

Purchased my 2013 Wrangler from here. Needed to get rear axle seals replaced. I would need a loaner vehicle. Called 2 different times to see if one was available. The advisor said he has my number and would call me ASAP when one becomes available. It's been over a month. Never got a call back so I went somewhere else and got them fixed. Also when I took it in for service they said they updated the PCM and TCM, which they never did.

I just purchased my third vehicle from this dealership as the sales staff, service department, office staff, and management are friendly, courteous and second to none. They always have a wide variety of inventory, and as in the case of my previous vehicle can get you a vehicle equipped with exactly what your looking for if it s not on the lot.

I have all of my routine maintenance done at their service department and always find my vehicle to be neat and clean upon completion. I wouldn t even consider going anywhere else.

I work in the car business, so I hate to bash any dealership, but these guys bring a whole new definition to dishonest. I was sold a car that was "ran through the shop" I left the car lot, and the very first time I tried to gas up the vehicle It spewed gas all over me. This issue happened over a month ago, and they are still working on the issue. which at this point I am sure they are going to do the cheapest, resolution that will leave me in a terrible spot when It dies. I am in aww at the lack of professionalism, and the lack of pure human empathy. These people are the epitome of what people think about greasy lieing car salesmen. I would advise any friends or family to not deal with this company!!!

Oh but they give me a nice low offer on my trade in without even seeing it.... im just wondering why If i use their own payment calculator i end up with a 650 payment at month and i get there and the payment is 700...... something is not right here......

I do not recommend purchasing anything from this dealer. A verbal agreement and handshake mean nothing to this dealer (selective memory). They only honor written and signed agreements. I paid $3x,xxx in cash for my used vehicle and they stiffed me for $120 splash guards which were to be included in the selling price. They also tried to make me pay an additional shipping charge for the guards which I did not tell them to expedite. I also suspect the vehicle title was held until they received the $120 payment. I was told the oil/filter were changed along with checking wheel alignment and tire balance. I asked to see the service records and never saw any. The oil change due reminder sticker on the windshield was dated six (6) months prior to my purchase. So I am suspect that an initial prep was not done on the vehicle before putting it up for sale. Because of the issues, I will never return to this dealer and I will also never recommend this dealer to anyone. Bottom line I do not trust this dealer and buyer beware!

I can honestly say that this the best dealership experience I have ever had. I bought a used vehicle from them back in January and the rear-end of the truck went out last month. Even though the warranty was expired, they shipped the parts to a dealer here in South Carolina, where I live, and even paid for the labor!! I am still in awe at the level of customer service they provided me. They truly care about their customers and take it to a level that is unprecedented in today's world. Even though I live almost a thousand miles away, I will gladly make another trip up there to purchase my next vehicle instead of buying locally. They truly set the example of how a business should treat its customers. Thanks again to everyone at Columbiana Chrylser Dodge Jeep, you have earned a customer for life!!!!

From the moment my partner and I walked in the dealership we knew we were definitely in the right place, the excellent customer service we received from our salesman Josh and our financial coordinator was excellent. the car was brought right to the door and all the features were pointed out to both of us and how everything worked. the salesman even stayed after closing to go over some of the features of the car. the dealership overall including other sales people we're definitely professional and friendly as well. they made the process from beginning to end very easy and not complicated considering this is the first new car I have ever purchased. I definitely look forward to going back to having my car serviced and oil changes at this dealership.

I stayed at the dealership while my truck was being worked on. I was there through lunch and Eric the service manager bought me lunch. The mechanic figured out the issue. Win, win! I live over an hour away and will not take my vehicle to any other dealership/ mechanic. I can't say enough about the dealership and the entire staff. I do not have the usual situation, I am from Texas just visiting family in PA so not only did I have the virus against me I also have 1400 miles against me. She made it so easy to pick a vehicle,test drive it, and get financing. Plus putting up with my text and all my questions.
Carol was amazing going above and beyound to get the papers sent to my husband for him sign and get them back.

All good until the sale or lease is signed. After that good luck. I m making my 4th payment and still waiting for my bed liner. They had me set an appointment and said they would have a vehicle there for me and nothing. I called the rep and no answer or call back for weeks. Still waiting. And I had to pay for mileage they told me they would take care of since it took them two months to get me a truck. Shameful
