I recently purchased a used Hellcat from them, being a big Dodge dealer you would think that they would actually bring in the traded in cars to look over and service them. I asked the salesman who was very nice and very helpful if the car had been checked and serviced, he said yes and I said so the oil and filter was changed he said yes, I drive the Hellcat an hour home and checked the oil, not only was it not changed it was three quarts low, and beings that I couldnt really get the car up to a decent speed on test drive due to the weather I trusted the dealership to be honest with me, on my way home I realized the rotors were so warped and pulsating badly, that there is no way anyone looked at this vehicle. $47,000 and couldn't even check the car out.

Conflicting stories? About what that the car was three quarts low on oil? Or that you guys don't check out the trade in vehicles that you're selling. And the salesman has nothing to do with this, he didn't go out and check the oil or change the oil it's not his job to that stuff.

I'll gladly send you the pictures of the cracked rotors.
