Came in frustrated from my skid plate falling down while I was driving on the highway. The people who did my oil change (not them, different company in Austin!) they didn t put it on correctly. The team was so kind and helpful and got my skid plate screwed back in place in a matter of minutes! Great team!

I drove over 2 hours from Houston Texas to this dealer and they didn't even and could not find the car that they said they had. I took a day of work and they completely wasted my time!

Initially I thought we would not come to an agreement over the price because the manager was telling me the price that I took photos of at 8 pm the night before had changed to a higher price now at 7 pm the next day. After some discussion, he agreed to honor the internet price posted by Ford CPO site. This was the honest thing to do. We are now the owners of a Ford F150 certified preowned vehicle.

The financing was awesome, people welcoming however I received damage to my vehicle during detail and have not been communicated with on getting it repaired.
My sales person is hard to get a hold of and does not respond timely. I have sent numerous emails and text msgs during the purchase process just to complete the purchase and now waiting on a response for repairs. I have purchased 3 new vehicles from this dealership and love the speed of the financing transaction
Phillip is our familys' car salesman. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from him and will continue to do so as long as we have drivers in our household. The wait to drive out with a new car was under 3 hours and the finance dept is second to none. I will recommend Red McCombs Ford to everyone that I know is looking for a new or used vehicle. I went in to drop off my vehicle for an oil change. I didn t schedule ahead for an appointment and just showed up unannounced around 7:45am. The service manager quoted me a estimate and said it would take about an hour. I passed on my keys and took a seat in their waiting room and went through emails. At 8:40am they called me over the intercom to the receptionist desk where paid and retrieved my keys. The vehicle was serviced and a new sticker was place on the windshield. I like to be able to count on someone to do their job so I can focus on mine. At Red McCombs service area this day I felt respected-it was nice.

Took car in for recall. Arrived at 8:00 a.m., now over two hours. It appears they're seeing paying customers first. Very disappointed. I'm at their mercy.
Warrning don't have your Vehical services at this location they will vandalise your vehical. I brought my vehicle her at this location and had my car serviced for a transmission flush and to have my tires reaired with nitro. When I was given the run-arounds with the services manager, I took my complaint to the manager in charge of all the departments. He did nothing for me as a customer of Ford. The services her at this Ford delership is no good the are rude and do nothing for there customers even when they are in the wrong. So I have not been driving my car around do to my job, so my car sets in the same place at home. It's been about a month or so until I realized that my blinkers in the front passenger side where not working. So I purchased so light bulls thinking that was the reason. Until I open up the area where I may add is very hard to get to unless you have my vehical in your possession and you have tools, witch brings me to my next topic my vehicle was vandulised by a Ford employee. my blinker system cables was cut perfectly with a tool. There is no way it broke off because it is held by a clip and was never moved. You would have to go inside the area cut it and put it back together. Sad to say that you can't trust this Ford delership to work on your car because if they do not like you, your Vehical will get vandulised. So customers don't come to this places unless you would like your car to be tapered with. I will never come back to this place ever again. The services is No Good and management has took a dive. I would rate this delership and it's services a Big 0.....
Guys walk around on the phone, head-set, or smoking no show of ambition.
They once tried to charge me for a service that was offered, I asked why and he said I'm sorry I didn't realize you had the service package after it was a scheduled appointment.
I asked for a tire rotation after my scheduled appointment "it shouldve been included" fella said 3-4 hours I asked why he said "well you drive a dually and it has 6 tires" I shouldn't have to ask for something I paid for to begin with.
The engine had a misfire few weeks later I called and asked for a diagnostic and the guy told me there was a 4-5 day wait on just that & repairs would be 2-3 weeks. I said well then you should offer to find someone else to repair it being you can't honor what the dealership has promised, after speaking to the sales manager he's telling me you should... the man behind the counter said he wouldn't.
They over torqued my oil pan bolt that caused shavings to get in it.
I will go back for the Oilchanges that I paid for and the moment I'm unhappy I'm knocking on the service managers door but thats it, all services go to NorthSide Ford.
After trying my hardest to get everyone to provide a service to me that was well paid for and not given I spoke to the Service Manager that called and offered a same day diagnostic, unfortunately I found a place that did it the moment I drove up, Northside Ford is where I spoke to Michael Rigdon the Assistant Service Manager the truck was dropped off Thursday at 12pm and is scheduled for completion the same week on Saturday. It was a unbelievable breath of fresh air and if you do go to Red Mccombs I hope this doesn't happen to you. Nobody should ever feel like a obligation.
Thanks to Pedro Juarez for everything , he gave me the best costumer service ever. Very satisfied,they are fast, friendly, 1000% better than ford west McCombs because in that place never answer your calls, they give you appointments 1 month later and take a long time to return your car.

they were all about helping me find a vehicle, very helpful, great customer service. every team member I spoke with was great. but apparently after you sign the paperwork and drive off the lot, they won't return your multiple phonecalls/messages. I get it, it's a dealership.
UPDATE- I was finally able to get my issued taken care of. but this edit is for after getting a response from the general manager, I decided to give him a call. no answer so I left a message. did I get a call back? no. so there's that.

Went in after going to three different dealerships. Red McCombs gave me an offer that matched Southway Ford's offer but didn't want to beat the offer. They did beat Jordan Ford and Northside Ford's offer. Joseph (Salesman) went to bat for me but his sales manger didn't want to make the deal. For $500's the sales manager let the deal fall apart. I have bought a explorer from them in the past, so I would like to think they would want my business. Going to Bluebonnet Ford and Jennings Anderson tomorrow.
Good folks very up front about having to order the mirror came in as told reasonable price for the work. I would have cleaned the mirror myself had hand prints all over it but other than that good job guys
I have always had a good experience is red McCombs especially with my good frierd Dillon legates. Always friendly in person and personally takes charge of everything that I needed to make sure that I was happy with my purchase of my 2015 Mustang. Dillons devotion to a service just not does not stop at sale recently when we had these Hills stores coming in he called in to make sure that my Mustang was alright and a see how I was doing. I think him for his call and very much appreciate it knowing that when I return my screen 50 Mustang for another Mustang I know I'll be getting a good sales rep with Dillon Legates

Well I brought my car here to get serviced an while it was there for almost a month and half an after getting it back I'm pleased with the work done but what I'm not happy with is fact I had my brand new expensive 2 bottles of cologne stolen which is dang near 200 bucks an after calling in about this an no call back just says alot and cause of that I won't be bringing my car back anymore for any service.
And still no call back this is bad business!

Purchased it 5 months ago, when I picked it up I looked at the car and the owner manual was missing. How can you even sell a car without it. If I wouldn t have mentioned anything, nobody would have said anything. They told me it will take a few weeks but they are going to contact me once it s here. 6 months later I am still waiting. Terrible customer service.
When I get home I started looking things up around the car, googled quite a few things since the owner manual was missing. It said that there should been a SD card in the car. Of course, it was missing.
I called the store they said it s in the car, I told them it is not. They told me it will take a few days but they will order a brand new one for me.
Days go by I finally got a call, picked it up and started using it, to find out it s an old used SD card. I bought a pre owned vehicle so I wasn t expecting anything new until they said it on the phone.
It still had numbers and address saved. This is very insecure. I gave up. Never would I buy a vehicle there again, maybe it s because I m a female.
The actual buying experience was very good. However, I referred my husband, who went in the next day and purchased a $75,000 F-250. I was told I would get a $100 referral check. My husband and I went through the "registration" process to get the referral twice. That was in October. I called several times between then and now. Each time I was notified that I would receive the check in 7-10 days. During one call to the sales person, he offered me a tank of gas instead of the $100. How insulting! A tank of gas was worth about $30 then. I told him I'd take 3 tanks, but he laughed and said he couldn't do that. I called again, in early January, and was again told it would be 7-10 days. Finally I went to the dealership last Saturday. I explained the issue to the manager. He gave me his card, produced a paper that said it was approved. He told me to call him on Monday, which I did. He said I should be getting a check by Thursday or Friday. This is Saturday. No check. Imagine my surprise!
After spending nearly $100,000 at Red McCombs Ford, you'd think someone could come up with a measly $100 check in 3 months, wouldn't you?
I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this company. They talk about "service after the sale". Right.

I definitely don't recommend this place, they didn't take care of the customers right, I took my car there to get fix but after a month n all waiting n spending money ($1600) they couldn't fix it and the worst point is that they didn't Apologize, and I had another bad experience with them , I dropped off my car to get replaced, but after I received a call to go pick it up they told me that is broken an doesn't start, and they don't get responsiblity to fix it and they ask for more money to get it fix. I'm not happy at all.
I brought my car in for service last month. On one particular issue, myself and the dealership had a disagreement on services rendered. After speaking with one of managers, this issue was promptly resolved to a mutual satisfaction. I am an active-duty servicemember and would recommend this facility to other servicemembers as well, as they do offer discounts for military personnel.
I went in looking for cash vehicle, narrowed my choices down to two vehicles. Angel and sales manger came back with very fair offers without haggling. Left very satisfied, plus can't beat the ONE year bumper to bumper warranty.

Very great and smooth purchase experience, right off the bat was greeted and treated to a very home feeling environment. Our sales person Dillion legates was very professional and never pushy with me and helped me purchase my first brand new f150 with ease! I was very pleased with the way the purchase went that when my mother decided it was time for a new vehicle I automatically knew who I was going to refer her to. Just like the first purchase the buy went with ease and Mr, dillion was never pushy and helped her purchase her new explorer. I was very impressed with the way she was treated as we've gone through other dealerships that they to take advantage of her as she is of older age and are always pushing for the purchase.. But with no hesitation I will confidently refer my friends and family to Mr,Dillion for any vehicle purchase they need!

The staff is awesome! I use to take my car in to Josh at the service department but he recently moved to Quick Lane. When I went back to take my car in, Ernest was there to help me out. He was great! Ernest was always there to answer my questions and kept me updated the whole time. He was very attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. I am very thankful for my experience with Ernest.
Service was good , but I gave them a coupon for a free car wash when I brought it in , and my truck was brought out when I picked it up unwashed. I did not have time to report or complain and wait for it to be done.

While it was a scheduled repair, it took longer than anticipated, as the technicians came across something that yet to be seen. Other than that, I am fully satisfied with the services rendered by the tepair division of Red McCombs Ford.
STAY FAR AWAY! -I usually don t complain, nor do I EVER write reviews, but I wish someone would have told us this, so I am sharing. We purchased our vehicle 2.5 years ago and it s been a nightmare since day 1.
Where to start? Maybe the salesman who tried to shame us for buying such an expensive pickup for my husband when we are so young , exclusively trying to deal with me on prices/options any time my husband walked away, and then forgetting to give us our owners manual. He also promised us he would add in the Ford 5th wheel package with purchase (our mistake for not getting that specifically in writing, because that did NOT happen, but that s a while different story). It took weeks to receive our owners manual because as soon as we purchased the truck, our salesman was nowhere to be found. OK, fine, every company has some bad lemons, right? Moving on - Every single recall we have had on the truck, we have had to fight tooth and nail - despite purchasing the extended warranty. We have still not gotten any recall work done. One example of the terrible customer service of the many we have experienced We had a scheduled appointment for warranty work, we drove 45 minutes to bring it in-only to be told they forgot to order the part when we scheduled the appointment 20 days prior and sent us back home -I remember feeling no longer surprised with their lack of professionalism, this was many months ago and they still haven t rescheduled us. Any time something comes up with the truck, we are brushed off, they don t call back, tell us it s OUR fault (this truck is very, very well taken care of) etc. - you get my point. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The last straw today-the truck is brought in for an oil change and air filter change. After waiting 3 hours they bring the truck around and say it needs to be brought back tomorrow because they stripped the oil pan. They told us there was still 2,000 miles left on the oil anyway . Which means they have been putting the mileage on the sticker for 2,00 under what it actually is, leading to more oil changes than necessary and more money for them. I would not and will not trust them with any vehicle ever again, and I hope this honest review saves someone else the frustration that we have had. What a shame to try to run a business this way.

My parents are an elderly couple who Jose Zavala (management) and their team took advantage of! DON T SHOP HERE!! THEY LIE TO YOU!!!! My parents started shopping for a new vehicle, and were told the Ford Edge they test drove was the only certified vehicle on their lot. My mom called the next day wanting to return the car because the vehicle was too much and more than they could handle. They wanted something less costly. First they told my parents they have up to 3 days to return the vehicle if they decided it wasn't for them. My parents took the vehicle back within the time frame they were told, only to be told the vehicle would be considered a repossession! They would loose their down payment! Whats even more upsetting, my parents are told if they turn in the new vehicle they bought (Ford edge, which is still a repossession) and purchased another vehicle from Red McCombs they would get their down payment back. BUT they still have a repossession on their credit! WTH IS THAT!!!??? Taking advantage to bully my parents into a purchase from your lot!! SHAME ON YOU FOR THE LIES!! IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR ELDERLY/VA SHOPPERS!! Like I said don't shop here buyers beware!

Whenever I come in for an appointment or as a walk-in, the service department is always courteous and polite. I've never had a bad experience. Even if the service is going to take longer than expected, the department does not fail to communicate that. Everything is handled in a professional and polite manner. I will definitely keep using them for my car's maintenance.

Just be really careful, I bought a used Tundra from the used car lot. Had the truck a couple months and had a dead battery within a couple months, suspension issues, and they used tried to "mask" the multiple stains inside the interior. Integrity should be questioned.
I m not sure whether If I should even rate a star. I have never had a problem with Red McCombs Ford until now I bring in my truck to get fix but when I ask about a rental everything changes I am spending $4,600 on what I need done to my truck plus getting a rental from them like a service car I would be willing to spend $30 a day. But there response to me was ( we don t have anymore service cars left) when I look in the shop for car to get fix, there was only a hand full of cars and I m sure there service cars are not all gone. I ask for a manager for more assistants and I get nothing so I m sitting in the lobby right now trying to figure out what to do since I m taking time off from work when I should be making money instead just not getting now where with these people. Please go else where if your trying to get work done or needing anything done here.
On 2/4/2015, I took my 2011 Ford Edge in because the turn signal multi switch was broken. This a fancy name for the turn signal. I knew exactly what was wrong, because it had happened exactly a year and 13,000 miles ago which apparently isn't covered by warranty. Of course I told the service rep. this. I was charged $341 to have it fixed. $298 in labor, $58 in parts and $35 in incidental shop supplies. I knew this was too expensive when I picked up my car, but I was in a hurry to pick up my kid. So I didn't stay late. But having felt ripped off, I purchased the official ford service manuals for my car on ebay. Not the Haines $30 manual. But the real ones. Probably weigh 20 lbls for all 3 books. They tell you in detail how to do about any repair that you can think of. Replacing the switch required one to remove three screws to take off the cowling from around the steering column. Then three more screws to the switch itself. Then unplug it and then reverse the procedure with the new switch. I can't imagine a mechanic would have required more than 30 minutes to do it. Yea, I'm feeling ripped off.
Between Trel, Jessica, and Hector...it was probably my best car buying experience. The only hold up was my bank...apparently underwriters had the day off. They came in low on the trade at first, but fixed it quickly during round two with the mysterious place they go to negotiate on your behalf. I think car buying is dependent on the people, not the dealership, get the right people it's as pleasant as car buying can be with a budget.
If you need any service done I would recommend you see Roger Reyna...Only reason I will return for service.
