This is an awsome park for small kids so many options and kids will have blast. Great place to walk around for fun or exercise. Large zoo with tons of animals from all over the world.

Always a great time with the kids, between the zoo, train, and water park, there's plenty of things to do.

My grandmother and the kids liked going into the petting zoo and feeding the goats.

An amazing, kid and adult friendly zoo with a wide variety of animals and great staff. Small in size, but not in activities. Several zoo chats and interactive programs to join in daily, and the education department offers many camps, classes, and even birthday parties! The best part? Visits are FREE!

Nice park with a zoo and lots of playground equipment

A beautiful zoo for a small town like Greater Lafayette. Loved the train ride for family. The zoo is free for all!

The life gard was rude. they never offer any assistant. The girls at the cove was nice clean

Did the zoo run run today it was a good time. Good groups of volunteers. Good to help the zoo. Will do it next year

The zoo is wonderful. Wallaby walk thru is worth your time. Los of things to do.

My kids loved it. Several parks for different ages of kids to teens. Great place to just let the kids be kids and play

Nice park and small zoo with a train you can ride for a small fee, great place to go for a few hours - really enjoyable!

It s not a big city zoo, but our toddler loved it, especially the petting zoo area. Can t beat a fun free activity!

My favorite is getting to see the wallabies so close.

We LOVE this zoo!! It's small but well worth the drive. It's very clean & all the employees are friendly, you can tell they enjoy their jobs! We will definitely be back! Also, really cute stuff in the gift shop & reasonably priced

I love the zoo - just so happened it was so hot out several animals were not out. Love butterfly area!

We have 4 little kids three under 4 and one with special needs. Trying to get around places with them alone is hard. We had no trouble enjoying all the hands on activities at this cute zoo! We hung out with Wallaby's, we petted baby goats, and we had Butterflies land on us! It was fun! It was very hot and shade isn't easy to find here but we did visit the cute giftshop and everyone got a cute little prize. The playground is so much fun and they even had a Kona ice truck! We love this zoo!

I love taking the kids especially when were tight on money its nice to know there is a great place to take them

It has a lot of things to do for all ages. It's great for the little ones but make sure they are in clothes you don't mind getting wet and you have towels they have sprouts from the ground and then the water park is right beside all the zoo exhibits. You get best of both worlds and the kids never get tired of it.

Great place to bring your children. It is free and it is very clean. When you are done you can walk out the entrance and go right to the Ice Cream place.

Great place for taking kids they have more than a zoo there's also a giant pool and an even bigger playground! Plus a train!

I grew up coming to this park and it has drastically changed for the better..my son loves to come to this park so it's nice to be able to bring my son to the park I grew up coming to. Keep up the great work Columbian park. From A forever visitor

Good park the kids love it has alot too do for them and it's huge.

Free, and perfect for small children. Parking is close and convenient.

No fun just a few rides for kids a petting zoo nothing really fun for family they have nice pool but that's either for the kids or they adults can't take babies down water slide or lazy river

We love this place! There's so much to do, and you can enjoy every aspect of the park in a day. Unlike bigger amusement parks, where you feel pressured to try to get all of the things that the park has to offer, in one day. They just added two new waterslides! Sunscreen available at the pool for a fair price!
They also are bringing penguins to their zoo! Whether it's the zoo, the waterpark, the playground, or just walking around. It's a safe place for families, and your going to have a nice family day, spent at the park.

Great park for the kids, especially the petting zoo

I enjoyed sitting talking with Don . I have no hot water in my house. Don told me he would get on this right away and get somebody else out to take care of things. He was very helpful. I've known Don for some time now I have a habitat house which Don was one of the people that worked on it.

It is a beautiful park. My kids love going to park there are always at least a few other kids to play with. Plus BIG bench swings for the adults!!

That park has a large number of places to have fun, meeting, know a lot of people. Also has great lake and a small zoo in the same local. It is an amazing and unique place in Lafayette.

Free to visit and I loved the animals there. Zoo is very well taken care of. You should make a donation to keep the zoo available to the community.

What a great little zoo. Just perfect for a nice easy visit with the kids. Nice park attached to play in before and or after. Easy parking on the street and easy to find. There are several eating places across the street if you get hungry. Nicely kept up and the animals are well taken care of. A nice petting zoo for the little kids.

The butterfly sanctuary is my favorite part about this zoo.

Great park and zoo. Wonderful place to spend time with family. Water park, minor pro baseball team, and soon to be updated stadium. Neighborhood is a bit run down. Have fun!

Wonderful little zoo! Surrounded by playgrounds and a water park. Very clean place with excellent staff. The zoo and park are completely free of charge. I know they have a fee for the water park but I am not sure what it is.

Fun to look at the animal and get to know more about them and the pool it cool to swim in and the playground is a lot of fun for the kids to fun playing

Very kid friendly, lots of things to see and do. The farm animals were well taken care of, the zoo train ride was perfect for the kids and the little splash fountains were a lot of fun to play in and get wet in.

It's more park then regular zoo. Good place to hangover, but don't expect many animals!

Free zoo. Very clean zoo. Staff was nice and helpful and gave us information in every area. A large range of animals can be seen here. Several baby goats were recently born. Chickens, several different species of monkeys, porcupine , kookaburra bird that I ve never seen before, otters, turtoise, butterfly exhibit, wallaby, singing dogs that are extinct except in captivity and others. There are kiddy rides there and a train. Next door there are water slides and pools and a baseball stadium. Plenty of shelter houses with picnic tables. I highly recommend.
