Very great place to enjoy the time with kids. I liked patting the goats.

Charming Park during the daytime to sit on a bench and talk with a loved one or to take a stroll around the pond. Ice cream, a zoo, ballpark, and other amenities are close by.

Well kept park. It closes at 10p.m., but the only building I visited for a restroom closed at 3 p.m. would have been nice to have a restroom open until close time

Amazing. Totally unexpected to find such a great Zoo in a small city. Modern, fun, clean, educative, amazing!

Nice small zoo located within a park for kids to play and see some interesting animals

I always enjoy coming to the Columbian Park Zoo. Great Exercise, Fun for the kids. Great for Children that are homeschooled to learn about animals from other countries and their habitats.

The park isn't what it used to be. The last time I took my kid to the zoo here in the summer of 2017, it stunk horribly and the animals looked nasty like they'd never been washed.

Free! Mini splash pad, plenty of animals to see including a petting area, and a 2 dollar train ride every half hour, great value.

Very familiar, safe, very attentive staff. You can not miss the train ride around the park.

Love the fact that they have a small zoo for the kids

This zoo is one of the best little zoos we have visited. Access to the animals is awesome. Very clean and child friendly.

Tried some fishing at one of the two fishing ponds. The geese were not real friendly this time of year with their new babies and were very protective of them. Decided to leave to reduce their stress level

Lots to do for children. Great place to walk for exercise

This is one of the best parks I've ever visited. I go to see the butterfly garden several times through the summer. The whole park and the zoo is very well kept. The animals have large enclosures. They are obviously very well taken care of. The staff there is amazing. All are very knowledgeable about their area. All of the staff at the zoo and through the park are really kind. I totally recommend this park and zoo for everyone!!
