It took a bit of investigative work to correct problems created by a previous vendor. Ben made recommendations at various price points so we could choose the outcome that fit our budget. I called one of their field managers to inquire about the delay during that massive March storm we got that dumped nearly 2ft of snow. I don't recall his name but he was very patient and responsive. They were able to make it out within 24 hours and the next storm that came soon after, they were here early that day.
I'm interested to see the quality of their irrigation work in our common spaces, so I can't remark on that. But the landscape and the client relations seem really good
We live in a HOA community in Parker. The company was very difficult to work with. More recently, when we received the last snowfall, the company never came and plowed our properties. We have many elderly homeowners who simply cannot complete this work themselves. They are extremely difficult to communicate with and do not complete work.
Fantastic experience with this company. Our water feature and landscaping turned out amazing. Ben and his team were punctual and completed the job on time! Highly recommend!
We hired Colorado scapes for our new build 2 yrs ago. Their work was terrible. They refused to answer texts, voice messages and emails for months trying to get them to replace a tree that died within the first month. Most of our tree our currently dead due to improper installation. Extremely disappointed at the work and follow through.
We hired Coloradoscapes, Inc. to landscape our new home. They did not finish the contract and refuse to return to complete the job. Their work is amateur and they use the cheapest materials available. We have to hire someone else to correct their mistakes (sprinklers don't work properly, drainage is improper) and to finish the rock they never put down. They don't return calls once they are paid.
