I called one of their field managers to inquire about the delay during that massive March storm we got that dumped nearly 2ft of snow. I don't recall his name but he was very patient and responsive. They were able to make it out within 24 hours and the next storm that came soon after, they were here early that day.

I'm interested to see the quality of their irrigation work in our common spaces, so I can't remark on that. But the landscape and the client relations seem really good
