I was skeptical ordering poly lowers and parts kits but figured I'd give it a shot (pun intended) on a light weight build. Looking at the product when it came in I was impressed by the how sturdy a poly lower felt while still being light. After assembly and on the initial firing the trigger disconnect broke. Now this is where the company really shined and guaranteed me as a loyal customer. I sent an email late last night just letting them know of the problem and not even concerned about a replacement part. Less than 5mins later the CEO sent me back an email apologizing and asking for pics so they could send a replacement part. I sent the pic and this afternoon I received an email confirming they were sending out a replacement. EVERY business could learn a thing or 15 from this company and their customer service!

Good selection but prices are high (well above manufacturers suggested price for what I looked at).

Best Gun Shop in the entire valley. Purchased several handguns, a rifle, and conducted several transfers. My GO-TO firearms store. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable..no such thing as a "stupid question". It takes me about a 40 minute drive from home, but worth every mile of travel. Thank you NFA!

This was my most enjoyable visit to a firearms store in recent years. I believe the saleperson was FJ. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and funny. I originally dropped by to inquire about their complete polymer pistol lower, but after a brief but entertaining conversation with FJ, I decided to also purchase a complete polymer rifle lower as well. We will definitely shop here again.
My teenage son was with me and he also commented how professional and competent your salesman was. He also thought his long beard was too cool.

My name is Stephen, a local. I have purchased a EXP EXTAR 556 a few years back from New Frontier, and just picked up my Tavor TS12 on the 20th of August 2020 which I purchased off gunbroker.com. I have always been treated with respect, everyone is professional, courtousey and helpful. The big plus is how everyone treats my dog Tiphi that I bring with me. She is a little Boston Terrier Pug mix and runs all throughout the store to great everyone. All the employees and even the customers seem to enjoy her and are so nice to her. The lady's in the back gave her a bowl of water to drink. Anyway,....this is why I will always shop for all my firearms and accessories needs. Thanks to all employees, owner of store and the customers.

It's a pretty cool place, I was searching for Sig P320 and was calling around to different places that might have it and I got lucky because they had only one left. I honestly had no clue this place was here but glad I found it because it ended up being the closest gun shop to me. Really nice people.

These guys are great to deal with. No gun store commando attitudes.Good selection of handguns and long guns,ammo and supplies.Inviting environment,fair trade prices,no pressure sales. Did I mention the prices? Very competitive (to say the least). They honor the first responder Glock discount.I live in the area so its a no brainer for me,but I bet its worth a drive.Only down side is they are struggling with the phone system due to the overwhelming demand right now.NFA is the only shop I use.

I bought a polymer lower that ended up having some issues with it. Their customer service was awesome and very helpful. It was kind of a rocky road to getting the issue completely resolved but they didn't stop giving that great service until it was 100% fixed (3 polymer lowers and a blem aluminum lower later). That's what I appreciated about them and prompted me to write this review. These are people that will treat you fair if its in their power to do so.

Good place to buy guns just needs better attention to customers or more workers. You can literally wait there for 30 minutes trying to buy hollow points before someone helps you.

Over priced junk and poor customer service.... from now on I'l be going to sportsmens warehouse or spartan arms

Staff is always very helpful, good business overall. Sometimes I've been waiting a long time to see something or for an order to come in, which is never fun. Overall great place, great staff, usually my go-to.

The staff is great. Everything else is a joke. If you want ammo that's not 9mm ,308 it 5.56. Go somewhere else. If you want to buy quality firearms for a reasonable price ? Go to another store. Every gun is ridiculously overpriced. and so is the Ammo.

They always have great customer support and always go one step more when helping you. My family and i have purchased many firearms from them and used them as an ffl many times. We've always had good experiences. I bought a wasr 10/63 and when I had an issue I brought it back and they filed down a part of it for free. I drive 35 minutes to go here because it's that good of a store.

I purchased a LW-15 at a gun store here in Nebraska. After a few rounds to sight it in, I disassembled the rifle for cleaning and a pivot pin sheared. I emailed them and the promptly responded to me saying they'd send new pins out to me as soon as possible. A company that stands behind their product like this will get my approval, the customer service response was great. I will be installing the new one as soon as it gets in.

This is where i transfer my online purchased firearms and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The people there are great, prices aren't the worst. BUT doing a FFL is horrible. The have had my gun for days waiting to process it in I guess.. Both other shops I've dealt with I got calls within hours of receiving my gun. I guess because I didn't buy from them they just take their time.. I shouldve just went back to Ventura Munitions, less then a full day from the time they got my pistol, i signed the FFL paperwork and got the text saying come get it. 4 days and counting here.

Huge fan of New Frontier Armory. I have purchases plenty of guns here and have received upgrades on current weapons. Always very helpful and priced well!

Decided to help my brother build his first AR lower build. The staff was very accomadating and friendly. Helped him fill out the necessary paperwork and squared him away with all the crucial parts. Overall an excellent experience!

First time review in Google ... Walk in looking for either a 556 or 9mm AR pistol ... The staff was very helpful and friendly ... They show me the the option and put together for me a nice AR 9 pistol for me !!! Highly recommend this store ... Can't wait to go shoot my be toy at the range this Sunday !!!

Great gun store, the staff is helpful...I had an issue on my ar15 and they offered to take a quick look and guided me to fixing it....you guys are awesome, great bunch of honest americans run this store.

Customer service at it's finest. Plenty of parts in stock and priced right. Very nice selection of firearms as well. Definitely worth the drive from Henderson.

The folks at NFA are friendly and knowledgeable. I have purchased as well as have the gun smith work on my pistols and rifle. They have done great work and the prices are reasonable.

There are a lot of other good places in the valley, but not all places offer everything that New Frontier does. These guys do everything that you d want a gun store to do.

They know the laws, they know guns, and they aren t stuck up about either one.

Hello my name is Kerr , i don't really like reviews but the service i got is really awesome and figured i will share my experience. So i went in to buy some parts for my AR15 upper and Shaun helped me and did an incredible job, it was first class serviced in my opinion. Anyways was looking to buy barrel and etc.. so they don't have the parts i wanted and come to find out the parts i wanted is not what i need and its not compatible. Shaun took the time and did a little research and gave me options. Long story short we figured out what works best and to top it off since they where not busy, he offered same day installation of my AR15. So they put together/install all the parts for me, went home with complete upper. Im glad i went there and would recommend them to my friends and family...

I bought a custom made MP5 ar9 back in late December and only got it two weeks ago. At first, despite the long wait everything seemed fine. Upon further investigation and taking it to the firing range the lower fell appart in less than 300 rounds. Parts came loose. The magazines wobble too much and cause feeding issues; every 3 to 5 rounds it fails to feed. I think that for $1550 I would of gotten a better product. Honestly, for the money I would of preferred a CMMG Banshee.

It would've been a 5 star rating, but the prices are a bit on the high side. Although, I did get a fairly decent price on a stripped AR upper and lower, granted it was one of their "Raw" parts(unfinished), but still pretty good. The staff are great and very helpful, they also have a great selection of guns. If you're looking for a Glock pistol, this is the place to go, they are an authorized Glock dealer and will most likely have the Glock model you are looking for.

Took awhile getting around to this, but i had a wonderful experience when i purchased my XDM 9 from them. I am a complete novice as far as firearms go, and the staff was helpful to me without being condescending due to my lack of experience (a problem I had in a couple other places).

They made some great recommendations, and best of all, didn't try to sell me the most expensive model, they simply tried to help me find a handgun I would be most comfortable handling. After finding a few models i liked, i tested them at a place that rented firearms, returned, and purchased one without any issue or hassling.

Overall, great people, great prices, great experience.

This is one of the greatest gun stores in the Las Vegas Valley. Friendly staff, many different kind of firearms in stock, and they are great with transferring firearms. I live in Henderson and I always get my guns that I buy online shipped to New Frontier. The company employs many Veterans and their founding owner is an Air Force Veteran. I will definitely continue giving my patronage to New Frontier and please y all do the same. 10 stars and

Ordered the polymer lower parts kit for the LW-15 online and it was missing a couple parts. I emailed NFA and they got the right parts out to me with no questions or hassles. I highly recommend them! Customer service is great and the products are too!

Best Gun Shop in Vegas! Especially for Gunsmithing!

I had taken my AR 15 apart for the first time to attach a sling mount adapter and in the process of putting it back together wrecked my takedown detent spring and my buffer retainer spring. I was soooo salty with myself! Luckily, I called around and heard that New Frontier Armory custom builds AR15s and they probably had the parts. I then take my rifle there, remembering that I had bought my Ruger 1911 from them several years back(excellent service then too!). They fixed my springs and made an improvement by notching where the buffer retainer goes. I go to pay, and they tell me it's on the house. I was floored. They completely turned my day around! They are an incredible establishment and I will recommend doing all your future business with them! Easily 5 stars!

I am a civilian and a very big gun enthusiast. As a dad, I love to spend some good All-American range time with my sons quite often. Every visit to this store has been a great one. Always greeted when I enter. I am a beginner with building an M4, but have owned 3. I took my first build to this store when I began having a random short stroke issue. The staff gave me some suggestions to rule out some causes. Out of nowhere, the armoror (hope I spelled that right) interrupted and was very patient with explaining some possible issues as well. The armoror was obviously very busy in the back and he still found the time to come out and speak to me. I left my M4 with them and after a few adjustments on my gas system and buffer weight, I was good to go. I have read a few of the bad reviews, as well as heard a rumor that this store had an employee that lost some lowers when doing some side-work. But, I can say that I have never experienced anything other than stellar customer service. I am confident with leaving any one of my firearms with these guys. Keep up the good work.

I've been going to this place for a couple years. I've bought many things from cleaning products, pistol accessories, and just recently had sights installed. The gunsmith was a little occupied with some work, but was able to quickly help me with the install. The staff is fully knowledgeable and always helpful, making this one of my favorite go to places.

They aren't to much into the whole communication with the customer, but hey they are AMAZING!!! I bought an ar15 back in 2011, from a small mom an pop shop that had purchased a number of the same guns for resale. Anyways, I've had an issue with the gun for a while an when I field stripped it I found some issues an emailed them. They sent me out the internal parts free of charge to replace them....how crazy is that!?! After putting it all back together I found the issue to still be there so I emailed them again an they said just send it back to us it's under warranty! 7years later an I still don't know how long that warranty has left but that's awesome that they stand by their product an are spectacular at providing their customers with products they are willing to fix if defective! I support, recommend an will be looking to buy another new frontier armory firearm in the near future! Keep up the great work!!

Pretty good selection. Lots of space to move around. Could have more with so much space. Still pretty good selection and decent prices. But there are better firearms stores in Vegas.

I picked out some night sights and the staff then mounted a different color than what I ordered. Didn't notice til i got home many hours away. Took it to another place to get fixed and the smith commented on how poorly the first set was installed.

I've been to New Frontier Armory three times now, all with questions about my AR-15. The staff are very knowledgeable and all, especially Shaun, give quick and very thorough answers to all questions. They don't try to over sell you either. I was looking for a trigger upgrade, without breaking the bank by buying a Geissele. Shaun suggested I try new trigger and hammer springs for a mere $10. He addressed my concern about light primer strikes with the lighter springs and installed the springs for me, free of charge. It was a great trigger upgrade. New Frontier Armory has a great selection of gun parts and accessories, many new and used guns, and ammo. As with any gun shop, you might find some things cheaper online, but the AR-15 parts that they make themselves are a good deal and you can't beat their service. I'll be back for sure.

I had joined the waiting list for an Extar and after about 2 months of waiting I inquired. NFA told me that it would be quicker to simply place my order so I did. Another couple months went by and another dealer received inventory. I called NFA and they told me that they just received some inventory and that mine would be shipping soon. Another month goes by and I emailed/called again. Today I'm told that they have no order for me and that my only option is to join the waiting list again!!! I explained that this would be the last straw for me and I was told "Have a good day". I remained very calm through the whole experience, but this is the worse service I've ever had from an armory and we all know there are some bad ones out there. Very poor service. I'd like the Extar, but I'm not willing to go through these hoops and wait a year for the gun. I'll find another competitor that has a nice weapon.

NFA is easily one of the best firearms shops in Vegas. They have a good inventory, knowledgeable staff and good prices. They can do custom work as well.

My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is sometimes it feels like they aren t as customer friendly as they could be. I have bought a few guns here and the feeling was just trying to get me in and out without making sure I knew everything I needed to know about my purchase.

Went in for some parts for my latest AR upper build (.458 SOCOM) and they had *exactly* what I needed. Dude stayed with me & answered all my questions with experienced answers. Best of all, none of the usual gun store guy condescending attitude that s so common these days. I ll be back.

New Frontier Armory is my go to place when it comes to weapon purchases, maintenance, cleaning supplies and ammo. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful people.

I'm going to preface this by saying I am a transwoman. I have never had a comfortable gun store experience, ever. I'm not a novice, I'm not a first time buyer, I'm not one of those to practice improper etiquette at such a business, and yet I have been poorly treated just by appearance and likely affiliations. Many times and places they simply won't service me or give me the same treatment as others and I can sense they're hoping to hurry me out the door. When you couple this with the fact that I am giving my intimate legal information, I open myself up further to scrutiny and humiliation to those who may have initially not known, it's quite scary.
New Frontier Arms came highly recommended and I made the trek across town to give my business. I was not disappointed one bit. Not only was their store clean, attractively laid out, stocked, and clearly priced, they also had a full staff of knowledgeable guys looking for people to help. I'm pretty sure, during my wait, I had every staff member greet and offer me assistance.
After my background check, during the usually awkward closing transaction, I was politely and respectfully asked my preferred gender marker, and reminder of my acceptance there. I wish I caught that gentleman's name because he went above and beyond customer service and earned my repeat business.
This doesn't even touch on the beautiful and superb local lower receiver I purchased. In my opinion, it's next level, and for future AR builds, I don't think I could use anything but their NFA product.
They are immaculate in their products and service, even in my unique case.

Today I visited this place to buy my first gun in 10 years.
I'm glad I did, everyone there was so nice and knowledgeable.
I was helped by this guy named Frank with the greatest attitude and one of the best customer service I've seen in a while.
I strongly recommend this place and most definitely will go back.

I took my 20 year old son here to find a new hunting rifle for this deer season. We ended up with a Semi-Auto Smith & Wesson AR15/AR-10 M&P10 .308 rifle. We paid almost $200 less than the other 2 stores we found. The sales staff was friendly and answered all my questions and my son's questions.
We took the rifle out to break it in and we can hit a 10" target from 530 yards away with a 3-9X40 Vortex scope. I'm very happy with our purchase and this is the store I will head to first when I'm ready for a new rifle next spring! Thank you!

Wanted sights installed on a Glock. Was told the Glock armorer had the day off. The entire weekend? Where almost everyone has the days off to spend $? I usually come here to have after market sights installed on my Glocks. This particular visit was a change from the norm.

Bought a used Remington 870 Express here
Had a scratch on the stock that they pointed out to me before purchase. Everything seems to be fine with it so far.
My first time here I brought my 2 year old son and everyone was so nice to him, they also couldnt sell me the shotgun immediately because I just moved and didnt have proof of my new address, but gave me the option to pay for it and pick it up when I have my proof, came back next day with it.
These guys were very informative with me. This is my first shotgun and I asked him one question about it, so he gave me a full thorough explanation and instructions on almost everything I need to know as far as loading, cleaning, modifying, legality of certain items.
I 100% recommend this place for anything you need firearm wise, accessories are a little pricey, but all the firearms have a very fair price, low price for any used gun.

Went into the store for an estimate to fix my gun, they said they would call me back but never did. I went into the store again and they said that they sent the gun out to get fixed without my permission. Since it we already gone I said fine figuring it wouldn't take that long. Skip to five months later and I haven't gotten a phone call or anything from them and my gun is still being "fixed". Getting answers from the employees is like pulling teeth. Will not be going to this store again.
