They treat you like family!!! Amazing experience. I'm definately come back here for my next car.
Beware of this place!! My front bumper was damaged while a major engine service was being done..Ofcourse they denied it! Paid for an oil change that wasnt even changed..Left with 2 quarts of sludge in the engine instead of 4.5 quarts of fresh oil..Dont even bother trying to talk to Joe!
Great service from Colonial Toyota, Sales Manager Howard Luna did a great job, professional ,honest, and reliable. Satisfied with the vehicle we purchased, No complaints what so ever. I would definately recommend this place to anyone on the market for a used or new car.
Their rental department is nothing short of awesome!! My car broke down right before a big meeting and the rental team made sure my loaner was ready upon my arrival!! Wish I bought my Sienna from them too..
The best experience ever!!!! Nick help me a lot to find my sweet dream car my Highlander ..thank you for you help Nick.!!!
I am very happy to service my car at Colonial Toyota. Professional, honest.
I make a appointment at 9:30 for oil change after 5 hours I m out maybe I just don t understand what the hell the appointment are for
The best explanation is ... that they are short of staff ok next time just tell me * come over when you can , and we do the work when we want
As soon as we walked in we were kindly greeted by the manager, Erick. From there he quickly connected us with Nate.
If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend Nathaniel Wilson as your salesperson. He was so kind & patient throughout the entire process & he answered all of our questions truthfully.
Gaby Morales, the Finance Manager, was very friendly and he processed our paperwork in a timely manner. The staff was excellent and they made us feel very comfortable throughout our process.
Recently sought a Highlander purchase from Colonial. Ivan is a terrific sales associate, very knowledgeable , friendly, and willing to spend the time to answer questions. He goes out of his way to give a comprehensive hands on review of any vehicle. I would highly recommend that you ask for him if visiting this dealership. You can't go wrong !

Book Liz-T to help walk you through everything! Transparent, Stress-Free Purchase! Best Experience!
Milford is the way to go, very friendly office. Book Liz to help walk you through everything... We had many questions/concerns, Liz was very knowledgeable, patient, very family oriented!! The experience with Liz and the Colonial Toyota team @Milford was very transparent, stress-free! Easy purchase, no hidden fees... Liz I appreciate your time, dedication, efforts into helping us! Thank you, best wishes to you!
Lousy sales people ..sales people do not even make an effort to welcome you when you go to look for a car.
Everybody was great and made the process of leasing a new vehicle quick and easy. Go see JD he is a great salesperson and will listen to all your wants to get the best possible vehicle
I had to go there 4 times for one part but every time they were courteous and they did all they could to help
It's a nice place, comfortable. But no wheelchair available.
Excellent service. I got what I wanted and the sales representative, Kenkay was very nice, patient and listened to me. His sales manager, Eli was also extremely helpful. Even the finance guy, Michael was professional and friendly. Best dealership I ve worked with.
Very organized, fast attention and very professional Very organized, fast attention and very professional
We received an excellent and delightful experience from start to finish at Colonial Toyota, especially the attention we got from Nick Shala. He welcomed us and made us feel at home throughout the whole time that we were there. Trustworthy and very accommodating to our needs. We absolutely love our Lexus convertible! Thank you to the whole team at Colonial Toyota in Milford! You guys rock!
If you ever want to buy a car and have fun at the same time, Colonial Toyota is the place to be. I bought my last 3 cars at Colonial. I didn't realize their new way of doing business included, refreshments, and some very funny sales people. One of the managers recognized me from 5 years ago. I love my new Camry. Feels like I am riding on air.
Excellent experience great car and warranties. Just bought a 2018 highlander from Nick! Go see him he was knowledgeable and responsive.
A clean well maintained facility with excellent mechanic's that service and keep my car running like new.
Great service and I got some best possible deal. Thanks
Bought a Corolla 2 yrs ago with Ryan and trade it for a 2015 Rav 4 with Howard last week. Both experiences were great. Very satisfied with the service and professional treatment. I would recommend it any day!!
Updating: 4 months ago I dealt with the service dept at colonial, and was very satisfied. Yesterday, i bought my first car from them, and was just as satisfied with the sales end as well. I worked with Romario, and the manager, mike. They did fantastic. I'm sure they made a good profit off of me, as is their job, but not in a manipulative way. I left feeling i got a fair deal. I got a good price for my pre-owned car, and they made some cash, everyone won. Yesterday, my ADD got the best of me, and i managed to not have everything typically needed to sell/buy a car(didn't have my license, updated insurance, and title to the car i sold them). Romario and Mike were both extremely patient with my screw up, and were very helpful in finding work arounds so that we could finish the sale then, and not have to come back later on, I work 7 days a week, so scheduling times to come back is challenging. I appreciated the effort to save me the headache of rearranging work(and I'm sure it was beneficial to them to complete the sale right then). Romario listened to what i wanted, respected my budget(with some room for negotiation, as it goes) and never got overly pushy, or pulled any deceitful sales tactics. The plan is to not need another car for a good while, but will definitely buy/lease my next car from colonial. Significantly better experience than the last toyota dealership I dealt with.
(Original review of service dept) Very satisfied with colonials service dept. I am fairly distrustful of car dealerships, I've dealt with some pretty shady people both in sales and service, so I was a little apprehensive bring my car in today, but my landlord doesn't want me changing my oil in the driveway, and the quick-lube I usually go to was closed, so I had to take the risk. I was expecting flashbacks of the sleaze I experienced at A1 toyota, but am quite pleased to say it was nothing like A1. I dealt with Lenny, who was very friendly and polite. I got my oil changed, and new wiper blades, for only a few bucks more than many quick-lubes charge just for oil changes(using full synthetic). They were super busy, had to be at least 20 other customers when I arrived, but we're still very quick. Even with a huge amount of customers waiting for their cars, they had my car done in just over an hour. The facilities were very clean. They were also very respectful/not pushy. They asked if I wanted to have them replace my both my air filters, and told me how much it would be. I told Lenny that I'll do that on my own, and he just said ok. Wasn't pushy, didn't use any sleazy tactics, or try to convince me into any upsells. He respected when I said no, and left it at that, which I appreciated. The only complaint I could think of is that they keep the supra in the showroom locked, but can you blame them? If I had a supra I wouldn't want just any schlub to be able to get in either, lol.
Overall, the service dept at colonial toyota exceeded my expectations tenfold. The technicians worked quickly and cleanly, the folks that handle the intake/payments we courteous, and respectful, and the facility is well maintained, and the prices are better than alot of the competition.
Next time my car needs work done that I either don't have the equipment or skillset to do on my own, I will without a doubt be going back to colonial. I haven't dealt with sales, but the people working while I was oggling their supra were very polite, and gave me just as good a vibe as the people in services.
My car is my baby, and I get very nervous leaving her in the care of someone else. Lenny was great, and his attitude, and respectfulness made me absolutely feel like I made the right decision bringing my business to them.
Got my transmission fluid changed here and they finished earlier than expected.
Michael is the best. I definitely recommend! I had a great experience
I love this dealership, been going here for seven years now. The person who has been helping me for years is Lennie! Best customer service!
Always hated the process of buying a car. Let me tell you walking into Colonial Toyota has changed that. From the first contact with Devon Delaney up to finalizing everything with Frank Pratts.
I never felt pressured or pushed towards any decision.
Even asking to rerun numbers over and over again. It felt like I was buying a car from a friend.
I don't think i would look anywhere else when it's time for my next buy.
thanks again Devon & Frank!
Dealer conveyance fee $899.00 to me that's a lot. Sales person very helpful. Seems like a lot of games are played. Keep alert.
Liz was terrific! She helped us get exactly what we wanted for a great price! Thank you!
The main thing I found is that sale is more worried about there image that helping someone with there car . It sad you have to go back more times to get simple problems fixed .
Eric F., Jose, and Gaby were excellent in walking me through the process of leasing a vehicle. They were fair, courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend them at Colonial Toyota in Milford.
Excellent service. I was greeted by Frankie when I arrived for my appointment, he was very friendly and was able to help me with my prepaid maintenance paperwork I purchased with my car in FL. He was very courteous in showing me the waiting room and what they had in there as well as keeping me updated the entire duration of my wait. He went over paperwork with me as well as made sure my concerns with my chip key were addressed and working before I left. They even washed my car! My last Toyota dealership in FL did not do this. Service was a little slow I arrived at 12:45 and was in my car at around 2:00pm I thought it should have been a little quicker with my appointment being made. But I will be coming back either way for sure, since the service advisors were fantastic!
First time car buyer. Eddie guided me through the whole process. He was very helpful, listened and addressed my needs. I never felt rushed and or pressured at all. If you're going to Colonial Toyota ask for Eddie. Great service!
Sales department is friendly and we'll attended, but fast to turn you away to the sales rep working with you at the sign of any concerns. They sell a car with tabacco and soda spilled on the visor, front and back console. Give them 3 chances. Still took the car but, all 3 times the service department, couldnt even handle a cleaning job, I'm assuming detailing has gotten major cuts, (no excuses for selling defective and poor goods) a cover for the center console is missing, they didn't even showed no empaty to correct this. Now Toyota, did a horrible disservice with the interactive console. Their was no reason to create a poorly ran program that has a hard time processing, it's disappointing to see this from a car giant, steering wheel shakes at higher MPH, the car cruise on 2rpm constantly, and it goes up to 5-9rmp to speed up, last time it was in to correct the concern it got 2 new tires.(more like a bandage) I'll be second owner at 30,000 miles to get new tires, how bad was this car abused I wonder, and bought it for full price next to a brand new one, to be forsaken, this delear ship has no concern for the automotive industry, might as well be a lemon,
I would post pictures but it won't let me
Best regards,
Excellent Experience! My salesperson, Anthony, was very helpful and understanding of my needs, especially for a first time buyer! His knowledge and expertise helped me choose the right vehicle and walked me through the entire car buying process. If you're looking for a salesperson who wants to help you as opposed to pressuring you into a sale, ask for Anthony!
First and last car. Maybe the pandemic makes staff less courtesy and more rude.
I have now purchased two new vehicles here working with Nick Shala in sales. He was extremely nice, professional, and helpful. He was patient in the process and answered all of my questions. If you go here ask for Nick - individually, he gets 5 stars!!!
While my experience with sales was excellent, my experience with finance could have been better. I worked with Gaby Morales and he told me that his computer wouldn't let him insert the exact amount negotiated and proceeded to tell me not to worry about it being a few dollars off. If that's the case, he should have tweaked it to be a few dollars in my favor instead - it's the principal of the matter.
Loved my experience at this dealership. Nelson Hernandez took care of all my needs, he was super patient with me since I know I can b a little picky at times, lol, he took his time showing me everything, very profesional!
Erick help out with the pricing for the car which I know is never an easy task
Gaby was efficient with his paperwork and explained everything as far as the financial aspect, which it s extremely helpful for someone that doesn t understand car talk
Walked out in a 2020 new car! Thx again to Nelson, Gaby & Erick!
Guys go check them & the dealership out, you won t regret it
I really enjoyed my shopping experience at colonial Toyota! People are friendly and welcoming. They listened to my opinions carefully and help me get my dream car eventually. Lis took me for a test drive and showed me lots of features of the car, which helped me know the car better.
I'm having the best time to be apart of the Colonial Toyota Family
Narrowed our needs down to two vehicles, a Chevy and a Toyota. Test drove the Chevy down the street, the experience was straightforward and atypical of a typical car buying experience, a good thing imo. Went to colonial Toyota and had an aweful experience. Pounces on by sales people as soon as we got there, pricing was a mystery and nothing was straightforward. The old "how much do you want to spend a month" trick, hidden prices and fees not included, and our salesman didnt really know what he was talking about. Cost them a customer, we went back to Chevy and made our purchase there instead.
We had a great experience last time in Summer of 14, when we purchased our RAV4 XLE, straight off the belt (so to speak). That was the Sales department... who were courteous enough to take the transaction seriously even thou I wasn t physically present in the country at the time (my wife did the initial transaction based on an POA). But that is about the ONLY thing positive there is to say about this establishment.
Comes the time for services... thou the rep was somewhat courteous... the service department was severely Jacked Up to say the least. Failed to comply with services covered under Premium ToyotaCare warranty... we had the battery changed @ 34000 when it was supposed to be guaranteed up to 100,000. Had the brakes changed @ 43,000, ok wear and tear item Not covered under warranty... but here is the main point... we brought it back practically EVERY 2 weeks thereafter as my wife considered it NOT to be functioning Properly. Each time their staff (Service) came up with outrageous stories to justify them NOT performing their job. It turns out THEY had put BRAKE Pads 2 sizes too small (and AFTER MARKET Brand to boots) and initially tried to put it on us claiming that it was done Elsewhere... but once Service History was pulled, they reluctantly had to admit their Fault and Claimed that they had fixed it, which they hadn t.
Anyway, reluctantly, when we in the market for a new RAV4 this summer (2019) we went back there, as the sales staff had been cooperative and we wanted to retain a good relationship with the establishment (we have extended family, always in the market for vehicles) but unfortunately, the individual we had dealt with last time, wasn t there no more, so we were rendered to a different salesman... he was courteous enough... and showed us several options available at the time. Once we decided on the vehicle we wanted, in steps an individual from Finance and try to take over the transaction... which he though would be a easy kill, but the terms he came up with were not according to what was initially promised... and when we pointed that out to him, that s where it went SOUR, and Very Quickly. His response was, and I Quote ONE of the TWO parties in this transaction is STUPID AND RETARDED, and it AIN T ME . That s when we left ... took our transaction elsewhere... maybe not as good of terms as they were offering, but at least the staff there didn t call us RETARDS AND STUPID.
SO ANY Potential Buyers beware. Not the best place to conduct business if you want to be treated professionally and courteously from walk in to drive off. One maybe good but the others are anything but.
Worse experience from a dealer. Manager talks rudely everytime. I had two managers talked to me, both were insulting customrs with excellence!
Very pleas with service I received at Colonial Toyota
I sent my son to service my car, oil change and head light. He called me with an estimate of $848. I figured it was perhaps recommendations, but I called to ensure. The service receptionist refused to speak with me and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried calling service again and spoke with one of the service guys whom attempted to get her on the line to explain the bill, when she didn t answer he walked over. She told him she was too busy to take the call. He said, but Lauren this is your customer . She refused and he tried to help me and did all the leg work. Unfortunately, due to my experience with this young lady, I will no longer be doing business with Toyota of Milford. She should be immediately fired, that is a bad representation of Toyota s customer service. Very disappointing.
Terrible!!! I have had nightmare after nightmare with this place.
Great service! Eddie P. is man to go to! No pressure, no pushing, always friendly and he is will to take the time to work with you to ensure you get what you what and need.
Fantastic place
Pat my agent was wonderful.
Lots of nice new Toyota trucks...I owned a 1991 Toyota Pickup & bought it new...sold it with 190,000 miles....Prices for new or used pickups are outrageously high!!!!
Wish I could afford
Two hours waiting for oil change
I had a appointment but still! It s look like they don t have enough workers here
I definitely recommande this place. Alex Nechaev was very helpful, not a high pressure guy and helped me tremendously throughout the process of getting a new lease. Every one else was friendly, Erick was very knowledgeable and ensured a comfortable customer experience. They have won my loyalty.
Posting this on behalf of my brother in-law. Would give 0 star rating if possible.
BEWARE!
I want to first start out by saying that the only thing that was appreciated through our entire experience, which is still ongoing by the way, was the customer service given by Bob. My family and I were traveling in our 2014 Toyota Sienna minivan from Virginia to Rhode Island. As luck would have it, our transmission dropped out as we were entering into Connecticut and we, quite literally, coasted into Milford Toyota. The service department installed a refurbished transmission and we picked up the vehicle to return home to Virginia.
Everything seemed to be all right. Almost 3 weeks to the day on which we had picked up our vehicle after having the remanufactured transmission replaced by Toyota in Milford, the vehicle broke down in the middle of a busy highway at a stoplight. I was taking my wife out for her birthday and looking forward to a lovely day, but instead, was stuck in the middle of the highway getting cursed at by passersby. The local Sheriffs department came out and helped us get the vehicle off of the road. We had it towed to our local Toyota dealership in Warrenton Virginia. It was a holiday and they were closed.
I was contacted by them the next day after dropping off all the warranty paperwork provided by Milford Toyota in Connecticut, and instructed to return to the dealership to view the cause of the vehicles inability to function. Come to find out that it was not the transmission, but the axle that had dislodged from the transfer case. Thank God this did not happen at a high rate of speed because this would've definitely put our lives at risk. Our local Warrenton Toyota dealership informed us that this looked as if it was caused by poor workmanship. The passenger side axle appeared to not have been installed properly. They also informed me that they would be contacting Milford Toyota and ask them to cover the cost of the repairs due to the seemingly faulty work.
Not only had the axle become dislodged from the transfer case, but it looked as if they had taken an air hammer to the transfer case to dislodge the axle in order to get the transmission out. Later I found out from the service manager in Milford, that this is a common habit of all technicians to use air hammers to dislodge things at times. This is news to me considering I have friends that love working on cars and would cry if their transfer case on their 69 Chevelle was hit with an air hammer.
Two days after or local Toyota dealership had taken our minivan into their care, I was informed that the Milford Toyota service center would be taking no responsibility whatsoever for any of the costs of the repairs required to fix the vehicle. They simply said that, "Our technician has insured us that he installed the axle properly. There is no way that he didn't." They also inferred that I must've hit a pothole and caused the issue myself. The mythical pothole that I hit certainly didn't damage anything else on the car. My tires are fine. My wheels aren't bent. The sheriffs deputies would be glad to make a statement that I hit nothing where this vehicle stopped operating properly.....in the middle of the highway....in holiday traffic. I spoke with the general manager of the Milford Toyota dealership who informed me that he would get all the information together and give me a call back. I have not heard from him yet. I did however get a call from the service manager who implied that we were the ones that caused the issue not poor workmanship. They have told our local Toyota dealership that at this point, they are washing their hands clean of it and will not except any responsibility for the over $12,000 in damage that has occurred due to an axle that was not installed properly. I greatly caution anyone that is going to have work done by this dealership! Question absolutely everything, and trust nothing!

This place is a terrible dealership they don t know how to treat there customersl . The salesman (saied) was very deceptive . Our friend paid for a remote starter when purchasing the vehicle and was supposed to receive it soon after the purchase. It s been over a year and they said I need to pay for the starter now . Would not recommend to anyone . The salesman said that he s not responsible for not installing the remote starter even though I was contacting him on a routine basis and he kept telling me to wait until it comes in . Do not buy a car from this place.
I would like to give the manager Frank 5 Star, cause he is very nice ,professional and he will give you a great deal.
I give the 3 Star because the sale whose name Eli help us is not very professional and not responsible. I try to call him five times and leave the voice message regarding my in-transit plate (I am living in New York, so it is not very convenience to come ) . He never call me back or leave any voice message. So I called the service department, they told me my in-transit plate was ready and i can come to pick up anytime.they also told me, they already told Eli to contact me.
I went to Colonial Toyota as a return customer who had previously received great customer service. I love the no hassle atmosphere .
Mr Duncanson was great!
I was just at the beginning of my search.
He took the time to listen for my preferences combine with my Budget. After answering my many questions and with the assistance of Mr Curran, they made it happen.
I am very pleased!
Thank you!
COVID19 will propagate well here. Will not be returning as I've not been to any establishment in Milford with such a cluster of noses hanging out of masks regardless of distance to other coworkers or customers. That's if they wore their masks at all. The entire experience was incredibly uncomfortable. Found much better precautions in use at the other dealerships along Rt 1.
If you must go shopping here, ask for Hector. He was incredibly polite and respectful, and we felt safe interacting with him, unlike the majority of the staff there. Though I'd be questioning of just how clean your car will be after any servicing...
This is the worst dealership I ve been too.if I can give it a lower rating I will . On Sunday I visited this dealership looking for a highander. Was welcomed by gentleman named Erick Franceschini. he showed us the car we were originally looking for the SE model which they had none in stock. Then decided to look at the Limited which they had a 2018 in the showroom we liked it. Went to the manager Daniel Pagan introduce himself seem like a pleasant person. I told him I m interested in the in the car he made me an offer we came back and forth. He told me he needed to contact his GM to see if he approved the deal. He called unfortunately there was no answer from his GM. He told me he is a man of his word that he would reach out to me in the morning before anything. I even offer to put a deposit on the car he was like don t worry I ll speak to you in the morning regardless of the outcome with my Gm and see where it goes. The following morning I did not receive a call. At 1115 I called Dan Pagan he picked up the phone spoke to him he told me his Gm is walking in he would call me right back. Did not receive any call. At 130 pm I reached out to the salesman via text only to be told the car was sold at 1130 and sent me a picture of the empty space in the showroom. I advised the sales person I called at 1115 spoke to Dan Pagan about the car. Then try to call Dan Pagan again to find out what s going on. call was going to the voice mail. Called again 45 min later someone pick up the phone and said Dan is busy and the Gm said no and you ll get a call back . Felt a low blow and dealing with bunch of disappointment I m recommending everyone to avoid this dealership they do not honor their word like they advertise
I came here expecting to leave with a new car, and did just that! Thank you Melissa and Eli for your help I m putting me in a better position!
Great service department, top notch staff highly recommend it
Terrible customer service. They did my remote start and I'm asking for a replacement for which I would pay for. The rep said well you need to come in I don;t know which one you have. I said well they should know I paid $500 for it there so.. He said oh well I don;t want to mislead you and hung up the phone on me.
Lenny is an outstanding Service Manager... he works well with customers and keeps my car running well.
Ordered an exceptionally rare and expensive part across 3/4 of the country. It arrived in a timely fashion in perfect condition and came straight out of the box looking like a showcase piece. Very happy with our Connecticut brothers.
Great prices, and an amazing service! Loved working with them!
Relatively over priced deals. Passive aggressive sales people. Was able to pull out before anything bad.
Whats to like? Not much; in addition to the run around my wife got when trying to buy our 2014 Highlander, now they won't give her a loaner while it's being fixed. Why is it being fixed? Because the roof leaks and the headliner is stained as a result! So for something clearly NOT our fault they will only provide a rental car that we have to pay for! The Crabtree ' s have a dirty reputation in this state (remember Crabtree Cadillac in Shelton that was banned from doing business? Same family!) and tactics like this only solidify their bad reputation. As soon as the free maintenance is over I'm done with them and will never go back. I recommend you go anywhere else besides these dirtbags.
Carlos was the man there. He's now at A1 Toyota, but now there's someone name Bruno there and he's a great guy to deal with.
Sales team was so friendly and the car buying process was the easiest I have experienced yet! I highly recommend! Credit to Michael, Jeff and Lisbeth for making my experience so great!
The recent commercial is laughable. We pre-ordered a Scion FRS, were told that it arrive and spent 3 hellish hours basically ignored by our "one salesperson". Why? No money in it for them. We paid cash for the entire price of the car.
My Daughter saw they had a car she was interested in so we decided to take a look! Needless to say she fell in love! Car was pre-owned, in great condition with reasonable mileage! They even offered to let my Husband the mechanic put it on their lift to check out the underneath! They drove a hard bargain but we were able to come to a reasonable price and my daughter drove off the lot with it the same day! Anthony and Eli are the best and I highly recommend this dealership... They made the whole process painless!!!
My experience at Colonial Toyota was nothing short of wonderful. Alex was an excellent salesman and didn't pressure me into buying just any car just to make the sale. He also took the time to meet with me on multiple occasions & worked around my schedule even if it meant staying after his shift had already ended. I would HIGHLY recommend Colonial Toyota. (:
THEY GOT ME THE PART I NEEDED WITH OUT JERKING ME AROUND. DIDNT RIP ME OFF. GOOD WATERPUMP AND GOOD PRICE. NOTHING MORE TO SAY. WHY MESS AROUND WITH BOOTLEG PARTS WHEN YOU CAN JUST GET THE REAL DEAL. END OF REVIEW. POST
Best dealer in town !!! Great customer service by Sixta
Espinal One of the best sales person I have experience so far... bought a 2020 Toyota Sienna and she made everything go smooth.
5 stars for you Sixta we are very happy
They even delivered the car for us
Excellent Experience
Prompt, courteous, no hard sell for services I didn't need.
Exceptional service !! Highly recommend Colonial Toyota !
There service department is the worst. They have a clean shop but to sloppy sloppy work. Brought RAV4 there for several years. Mulitple issue after there service work. I do my own work on my cars but wife like to take to dealer.
1) failing to put all bolts or parts back when they take things off. The had to replace a fender well then the did to put the body bolts back (basic stuff)
2) left piece of trim on shop floor. Different job the left part front trim off the car. Got home to I peir their work and something did not look right they left a whole piece of trim off.
3) overfill diff oil and that caused a seal to leak. This major repair to get at the seal. The stupid service tech just hooked the hose up and just pumped it full. Had to take back three times before they acknowledged the problem fixed it for free but major issues later
After this repair several months later and another diff fluid change the car was leaking again. This time they said the transmission gear was damaged. Likely caused by driving over a snow bank. Get out here. Our other vehicle is a full size 4x4 diesel pick if it snows significantly this what I drive. They had to replace a gear b/w transmission and diff. when I asked to look and the work and the issued I was shocked at the hammer marks and claw marks on the mating surface of the transmission clear a tech was frustrated and did sloppy work. I have photos if any doubts me. We forced to pay $2600 to fix this mess. I am sure the damage to the transmission gear was done when they had to replace the seal that blew out when they overfilled the doc fluid.
4) while this was whole issue was going on every time I went back to the shop floor I saw sloppy work such as not measuring run out when installing new brakes.
If I could give them a negative star I would.
They gave me what I asked for, and then some. They were fantastic to work with: knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
Colonial's own warranty that exceeds all the terms of Toyota's Certified Pre-owned program is one of those things you hope you never have to use, but blows away concerns that lurk in the back of your mind about buying pre-owned.
Highly recommended!
Our experience with Colonial Toyota and Mariana was a very positive one. She matched us up with the perfect choice of a certified preowned vehicle. Mariana was very patient with all of our questions as we weighed our decision with the purchase of our 2018 RAV4 which we are very happy with.
This is the worst service I have it this dealer has The worst customer service everybody insight is road and he feels like he s Better than you
Horrible... It's like that 90s flavor flav song, don't believe the hype. The site is not what you get walking in. Speaking of walking in, you better plan 3 hours cause they will say that you can't leave till you talk to some manager. Funny cause this is against their ads that claim ' one associate' is all you have to deal with.
