Absolutely diabolical service from here. They are nearly 3 times more expensive than other people offering the same service. I paid 221 for a technician to call out and diagnose the problem with a fridge in my shop. It took him about 20 minutes to look inside the fridge, the rest of the time was spent on the phone.
It took them 8 days to send me an email report despite 4 phone calls to find out what the delay was. I was told on all occasions that someone would call me back. They never did. I am not one to complain or write bad reviews but the experience with Tech Refrigeration has been ridiculous.
When I finally got to speak to the service manager he continually spoke over me while I tried to explain my grievance with the service and told me repeatedly that it was my fault for buying a cheap fridge.
Terrible and over priced service. One very dissatisfied customer.

Absolutely no regard for their staff in either pay or working hours and how they treat apprentices should actually be reported as it s an absolute disgrace ,over priced and sub standard work done by eastern Europeans who are the subject to cheap labour ..STEER CLEAR OF THESE COWBOYS...!!!
